A única coisa razoavel no hotel é sua localização. O quarto é ridiculamente pequeno e a entrada do hotel é pela porta da garagem. |

A proximidade com o centro da cidade. Como se situa num edifício que não é exclusivo do Hotel, as zonas comuns são muito sujas e descuidadas. |

O hotel é próximo ao centro histórico, mas deixa a desejar no que diz respeito ao prédio em que se localiza, pois lá funcionam também outros estabelecimentos comerciais e até moradias. Nota 10 para os funcionários do hotel. Minha escolha por este hotel foi devido à tarifa e localização. |

The embassy hotel is in a great location easy walk to Termini & Republica metro stations. While prices in Rome are high this hotel was the least expensive that we could find. The rooms were adequate and breakfast was sufficient. |

The friendlyness of the management and staff, nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to ensure that the stay was enjoyable - I will return to this hotel the next time I am in Rome Traffic noise outside was noticable but not overly obtrusive |

Helpfull and kind staff, They spoke excellent English. Free internet in the hotel (to share). Excellent location to tourist spots, private gym/saloon underneath, plenty of restraunts around. Nothin, We enjoyed our stay. |

Extremely helpful and friendly staff At breakfast would be nice to have some cold cuts (meat Like ham etc), since I cannot eat jam or the sweet croissants,which left me with cereal and bread and butter. |

We were actually very disappointed of the hotel - it does not disurve more than 2 stars!!! The rooms are not very clean (especially the bathroom where I can say that it had an awfull smell) and the isolation is extremely bad. We were on the same floor with the breakfast room and starting 7AM is was impossible to sleep. The location is good but everything else leaves a lot of space for improvement. I would honestly not reccomend you to book this hotel - we will never again take it! |

clean room, polite, helpful staff at reception desk, large triple room., clean linen, position ok, not to far by bus from the center. unwelcome entry into hotel, does not look like a regular hotel entrance, scary elevator , it looks like hundreds years old, fridge is working poorly, TV has no english channels, the detergent used on the floors give the room and breakfast room a hospital smell. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful who were happy to issue maps & recommend attractions & places to eat. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Hotel very well located for easy access by foot to all attractions and well located for the metro to the Vatican. Brilliant restaurants within close proximity to the hotel, were the locals eat - not the sub-standard tourist eateries. |
