The room was clean and only a short walk to the main area of town. Plenty of shopping and coffee shops close by. Parking available for extra cost.
Strange place. It's called a B&B. We had a bed but they didn't offer Breakfast. Our room had the shower, with clear glass walls IN the bedroom. The commode and wash basic were located through a closet sized door, in a separate area. One of the most expensive places we stayed at.
The building is beautiful and garden is lovely. The furnishings are really nice too. It isn't too far to walk to the centre of Florence and there are plently shops, bars and cafes on the doorstep. The rooms in the main building looked nice but we were staying in the basement apartment which doesn't have direct access to the communal lounge or the garden.
The owner's attitude! When we arrived we were a little early. It was very, very hot and we had had a long journey. We didn't expect to book in, just hoped we could drop off our one shared case and freshen up. We rang the bell and were stunned to be greeted by an irate, aggressive woman (the owner) who shouted at us for being early. We did not have access to the garden on the first day and were not provided with any helpful advice about the accommodation (e.g. how to use the shower, tv, etc). Will not be staying again.
Beautiful interiors, very frendly and helpful lendlady, close enough to the city center.
Good location, just on the outskirts of Florence. 15 minutes walk from the main centre or a 10 minute bus ride. We stayed in the apartment which was great, beautifully clean and lovely and cool. Evelyne was very friendly and provided us with local information. Would definitely stay there again.
Good functional facility more than suitable for a two day business visit to Florence. Friendly host with easy check in and check out
Sound insulation from street noise could have been better. Not the same facilities as a hotel i.e. an iron and ironing board wasn't available but not a deal breaker
The host is a middle aged lady, she is very nice and helpful. She helped us with museum reservations of Uffizi and Academic gallery. the room is clean. It's right outside the edge of Florence old town area, which is a small area indeed, so the location is very good. And the environment is quiet.
It's all good generally. However the free wifi signal is poor sometimes.
Beautiful room interiors. Very helpful staff. Not too close too the main sights so streets are quieter, but still walking distance away. Great breakfast.
Shower cubicle in the bedroom rather than in the ensuite bathroom, but we got used to it and ours was the only room like that.
