Located in the heart of Lucca, next to Piazza Anfiteatro square, Bed & Breakfast Le Terrazze features bright-coloured rooms. The furnished terrace, where breakfast can be served, overlooks the street....

Located just outside the historic walls of Lucca, La Casa Del Pittore is set a 10-minute walk from its centre. It offers free WiFi and classically-furnished rooms.
Score from 39 reviews Very good
Free parking on premises. Walking distance to the walled city (20 mins). Large room and king size bed. Everything was cleaned exceptionally well. Sheets smelt lovely and clean. Very nicely renovated property and we were given a choice of rooms in the property.
The bathroom was shared with the family, although it didn't impact on our use of it at all. The owners live downstairs and their toddler was up quite late making noise; for us no problem but if you want an early night probably not the best. The building is old and unfortunately the smell in the room we chose was quite pungent and musty. I don't think the other rooms smelt that offensive though.
We really enjoyed our stay at Emma B&B. Lovely and pacefull localisation, close to the city center, helpfull and friendly owners, tasty breakfasts. We recommend it for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany!
We were very well looked after at Emmas B & B. Thanks so much
A bit far from the city.
Not enough room - we needed twin bed room and got extra large double then a single bed added. Not enough room to swing a cat!
Looked cute from the outside
Young couple with a baby who really didn't have time for visitors to their home. Dark and a little spooky
Really nice, friendly young couple! The breakfast is excellent with lots of different delicious stuff to eat. Lucca itself is worth a trip.
- the owners are very nice and friendly - very close to Pisa, Lucca and Florence - 20min by car to the seaside - good breakfast (although not included)
friendly staff, nice furnishing, excellent breakfast
shared bathroom with other three rooms
Owners are very friendly and flexible (we arrived after midnight on very short notice), the accomodation is in a nicely renovated house which is conveniently located close to Tuscany's most interesting sites and towns. The room was nicely decorated, spaceous and had it's own bathroom. Breakfast was good and served by a very friendly ownder.
The room was nice
The child of the owners was screeming a lot at night when we needed to sleep. And when we wanted breakfast, the owner was sleeping. Also the breakfast wasn't that great.
Historic building with garden in an interesting location on a hilltop, great view from breakfast table, 5 km from seaside, friendly owners
Staff were excellent. Such happy people only to willing to help
No restaurant close by unless you want basic Pizzeria food
hosts were excellent
15 minutes walk to the city walls
Friendly home atmosphere. Their young child was adorable. Bathroom was spacious and clean
Too much traffic noise in the morning. Too hot at night need air conditioning. Too much light coming in in the morning. Need block out curtains. Shutters wouldn't close to block out noise and light
This B&B was perfect! We originally booked one night, but decided to stay for two when we found out that Florence was only an hour and a half train ride away. We took the free bus service to the train station, where the ride to Florence was €14.20 round trip. The city of Lucca is beautiful and definitely worth a visit (excellent food and shopping), and the B&B is a 15-20 minute walk outside of this old Etruscan city's walls. It is famiy run by a lovely family, and the breakfast in the morning was great. Would definitely go back!
Very nice hosts, i feel like in mama's place ;) big supermarket and flle market near near and i had possibiliity of cooking myself.
quite far from the center
There was no chair in the room
The room was so big, with 4 beds, kitchen, private bathroom, awesome.
Noisy Uncomfortable bed very basic room
One of the loveliest owners we've come across. Very friendly and generous. Clean and breakfast for 3 euro was good value. A little out of town but a nice walk and there's a bus just outside if needed which goes to the train station.
Close to town.
Breakfast was minimal ....might even say cheap. Beds were very hard.
