The location is very nice. Quite near to the Vatican. The hotel staff is very nice and try to help. The room we got was very small and not like that one in the internet. But okay for our aim to see the city. |

It is very close to the Vatican and is very easy to move from there to any place in Rome (bus, metro not far, or taxi-just in front the hotel-) I'll be back there for sure. During my stay some people complaint about no air conditioner, noisy, no nice views ?? and so on, but my room was perfectly ok, so I have nothing to say against the hotel, for a three stars is fine. |

It was close to the Vatican and quite easy walking distance to other sites I think the amount we payed was too much for the quality of the hotel |

For a traveller from Asia, I was initially surprised that the room that i stayed in should cost so much. But later realised, when i had a chance to see some of the other hotels, that it was reasonable, especially considering the fact that the Vatican is just few hundred yards away. Staff were pleasant. Internet access can be made free. I think the bar exist only on paper |

The big plus point for this hotel is the close proximity of the Vatican. It is just 3minutes away (walking), literally. You can even hear the hourly bell of the clock that stands next to the Vatican's main entrance; but it doesn't disturb you. The Castel Sant Angelo is 5-10minutes walk from the Vatican. The hotel does not live up to its 3 star name. The same 3 star label hotel in the U.K would be a 5 star in Italy! Anyway, different country different standards i guess. I could see dust on the floor of my room even after it was 'made'. My room looked like a box-room with a bathroom attached. Single bedroom is no excuse to make the room that tiny. |

The breakfast was pretty good and the location wonderful and central to all of the rest of Rome. Bathroom was WAY too small and the beds were painful to sleep on. Woke up with the worst back pain ever. |

My husband and l were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and wanted to visit the Vatican so the Emmaus was right on the doorstep of the Vatican just a short walk away. |

The hotel was very handy for access to the Vatican. Staff were polite and helpful.Room was serviced every day with clean linen. Unfortunately the trip organised for the audience with the Pope was a 'rip-off' by the firm concerned. A brief tour of modern Rome before being dropped at the Vatican to attend an audience that was completely free at a charge of 35 Euros each! Not advisable to advetise in future. |

The friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean rooms. Excellent location beside the vatican and bus route 64. The breakfast or lack of it. On two of the three mornings I stayed at the hotel I went down for breakfast at 9am and their was no meats ,cheese, or bread left. Also you only got one cup of coffee. |

Excellent location next to St. Peter's Square. Breakfast was typically Roman with bread rolls, cheese, ham and salami and a selection of croissants. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Bathrooms could do with some rennovation. Mold on the ceiling above the shower but everything was in working order. |

I liked that it was close to the Vatican. I expected that there would be wifi available at or near the hotel from what they said on their website. Instead, I had to pay to use their computer and internet. |

The location was superb, right outside was St. Peters and all the buses that connected you to the locations you wanted to see in Rome. Bus number 64 connects you with a majority of things. Well, I wished the buffet breakfast had more of a selection |
