Location and Price

Central location close to the Vatican.

Breakfast very poor, very little choice same every day, even coffee of poor quality. Public areas & rooms shabby.

Staff was helpful and congenial. Bathroom area and shower was a good size.

Dusty accommodations... drapes smelled and dust could be seen on them. Hotel needed updating and refreshing. Room was extremely small. Breakfast lacked anything fresh like fruit or eggs. Room price was too high.

Fantastic location near St Peter's Very traditional and quaint

Lungi was so very helpful to us! Loved the old style of the hotel with the "lift".

Stayed for 4 days. Breakfast was good, has variety. Staff helpful, clean rooms everyday, clean towels. The location is perfect - walking distance from most tourist attractions.

Wifi limited to 2 gadgets. 4 friends staying in a room should all have free access. Dirty carpet on the halls.

the location to the vatican was wonderful

it so was not worth the money. the rooms were horrible, the bed terrible and the staff unfriendly. Also the breakfast was the worst I ever had since traveling thru Europe for the month. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

Excellent location and good public transport links. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and serviced regularly. Breakfast was good and efficiently organised.

The bathroom smelled a bit fusty - but was very clean. The shower cubicle was very small!

it was so close to the vatican the staff went out of there way to make sure your stay was the best stay in rome

First of all - it's location! Just a 100 steps from San Pietro and Vatican. Hotel is not bad. The room looks like a dormitory of seminary:) All what you need but nothing more.Breakfast bufet with some pastries, serials, yogurt, ham and cheese.

There is no tea or coffee facilities in the room. And no way to order it at the reception desk.

close to Vatican city, nearby there's bus to termini, and some nice souvenir shops

24 hour manned desk was very helpful and 100 metre walk from piazza San Pietro was unbelievable!!! Also the breakfast had a lot if variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Location is very close to the Vatican. Housekeepers responded quickly to our request.

The breakfast was not good and the breakfast staff was not very nice, almost surly. Very unpleasant way to start a day! Hot water was not available in the morning, perhaps due to a large tour group also staying at the hotel.

just suited my budget and stay duration in Rome.

No service of hot water pot in the room to refresh our selves with tea or coffee.

Location is +++: very close to San Pietro, lots of restaurants and other useful shops. Very kind boss and employees. Free wifi.

very close to Vatican, perfect location

I couldn't use wifi on my smartphone, it worked on my laptop The hotel is quite old, too expensive. The shower place was really small, I'm a tall person and I had troubles to wash my feet :) The double bed was equipped with two small mattresses, so it was impossible to sleep in the middle of the bed.

very near to St.Peter's Basilica.

Excellent location near the Vatican city free internet to be honest, I didn't try the breakfast. The bed is confortable and the room is wide. Easy bus access nice varieties of restaurant and bar around it

Need to restore and modernize the elevator and the toilets, especailly the location of the bidet, it's so annoying.

The hotel's close proximity to the st. peter's basilica and the train station and the abundance of cabs in front of it.

Some of the staff did not have a good command of english so communication is a bit difficult specially when one is trying to get a refund on services that were not rendered (we booked a ticket for the hop on-hop off but unfortunately the bus company went on strike that day and they said they were not notified).

Very comfortable, highly recommend, ideal location, would definitely stay again.
