location, staff, and facilities were all great. great value for the money.
this B&B lacks a common area to relax after a day of touring, especially if one is travelling with companions. Would be great if a room could be devoted to this purpose.
Staff's friendliness and continued assistance with requirements and enquiries. Very spacious and cosy rooms. Terrific location. We over slept on a few occasions and missed breakfast. Staff actually offered to compensate us. This was an unbelievably warm and humble gesture.
If you're looking to stay in a hip/classy area of Rome, look no further. Very nice room & accommodating staff. Would recommend to friends.
The best B&B at all. Even better than hotels.
An excellently managed setup with exceptionally courteous staff
I don't know!
The bed and breakfast was very nice. The host was sweet and took great care of us. The rooms were cute and fairly large for Italy.
The room was a reasonable size with a very comfortable bed. The staff were sensational, always friendly and willing to help. They gave us a couple of nice little surprises too.
Having to go out in the morning to a cafe about 200 metres away to get the included breakfast. The bathroom was a little tight, but that is fairly normal.
Location is unbeatable. The kindness of the staff is better than a five-star hotel. The room is good and comfortable at top levels for a B&B.
the staff was very accomodating and friendly, always helpful gave great restuarant recommendations.
The staff were so nice and friendly, the location perfect.
The breakfast was a few blocks away. We stopped going after a few days, but B&B EF refunded us for those we didn't take. The view of the building site was not great, but it was quiet.
We absolutely loved our time in Florence and this b & b was the highlight. The location is central to the main square, the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio, with many cafes to choose from. The staff were excellent, when we mentioned that we were going on a bus trip early the next day, they quickly organised a breakfast tray for our room the night before.. We really felt we were staying with friends. The room was lovely and always clean. If you are going to Florence I recommend you book in at this b & b
staff, location -excellent -reasonable room-value for money. We stayed on a Friday, Saturday night and while not a prude very disappointed that it is obviously situated very close to a very loud nightclub with duff duff beating till the early hours. When querying with staff they sadly are unaware (ha) that any such nightclub is anywhere near there hotel. mmm...They should at least supply earplugs!
Everything!!! The room was lovely (with a window overlooking the piazza); the location was perfect (a few steps away from every major site in the city); and the staff was remarkably friendly, helpful, and warm.
If we MUST find something to criticize, we will say that the entryway from the street could be more inviting and more clearly marked.
In addition to the great location (literally on Piazza della Republica), the warmth of the welcome, the personalized treatment for guests, the cleanliness of the place, and most of all the sincere will to please the guests. Alessandra and Veronika are exceptional; thanks so much! I will never forget you kindness. You make my stay in Florence worthwhile.
B&B Emozioni Fiorentine is struggling to find the right place for breakfast. This might be a concern to most guests, but I found what was offered as decent.
Beautiful Rooms and very clean. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. We could not have asked for more. Would stay here again. We didnt want to leave.
Location is outstanding
Access - no elevator, forced to carry bags up a dark narrow staircase.
I wished we could have stayed more than one night at this B&B because everything was pretty wonderful. Alexandra at reception is a star!! She welcomed us incredibly warm and friendly, offered us coffee, gave us great tips what to do and see in Florence, and never stopped smiling. The room was spacious and beautiful, and overlooking the Piazza della Repubblica - we could even see the cathedral's duomo from our window! A firm bed, amazing shower and some lovely little extras made our stay unforgettable.
There was a strange noise coming through the wall, most likely from the restaurant below. We couldn't really figure out what it was, and to be honest, it didn't bother us as it wasn't loud and very irregular. People who are more sensitive might prefer a different room - although they would miss out on an amazing view!
Poor breakfast and not on the premises.
The location and facilities can't be beat. The extra touches from the staff like serving espresso during checkin. We arrived several hours early on a rainy day, no problem for them.
This B & B is a gem! The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing , with plenty of variety- a great way to start the day. Our hosts werew extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
The staff are amazing with swarm welcome and helpful in pointing out good restaurants and places of interest. Nice clean room.
Our room was very dark with a view if scaffolding in an old court yard. Also breakfast is in a cafe across the piazza and was pretty poor for how much we paid.
The staff were unfailingly helpful, and little treats left in the room were very much appreciated. Very effective air conditioning, lovely bathroom and my comfortable room was very quiet (it was at the back, can't vouch for rooms facing on to Piazza della Repubblica but the views must be excellent). The voucher for breakfast at cafe Paschowski across the piazza was brilliant - sitting outside in the sunshine with your choice of two drinks and two pastries or small sandwiches. The egg and truffle sandwiches were delicious, and it was a lovely place to start the day.
The stay was superb, and we would have stayed another night had it been possible. The staff were very friendly and booked restaurants and trips for us, and their knowledge of the city was excellent.
You need to check in before 7.00 pm, but that was not an issue for us.
The welcome was superb - Brilliant information on good quality 'local' haunts off the tourist menu offering superb quality and good value - Check out Konnubio for Dinner newly opened and utterly superb including a full vegan menu - The staff [Veronica in particular] made our stay an absolute joy they can not do enough for you and consistently exceed expectations. We will return. The room was beautifully presented spotlessly cleaned every day with fresh linen and toiletries every day of our stay. Just the best 11 out of 10
The wifi was a bit rubbish but no worse than other similar properties in Italy - we just spent two weeks in Tuscany where wifi only worked out of doors because our walls were so thick! So this was an improvement - if somewhat pedestrian! But heh you're on holiday put Facebook down for a couple of days and enjoy this fabulous city!
Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Close to many Florence attractions. Quiet although in the middle of many activities. Complimentary gifts.
