Great staff! Excellent organization prior arrival and super attentive. Impeccable lovely place.
Great stay. Lively location. Friendly and HELPFUL staff members, Veronika especially. Remember that the building has three gates this b&b is in the middle one.
Very friendly staff, very clean, excellent location, tea and coffee in the rooms. Pleasant daily small small presents like a bottle of wine, tiramisu, etc.
The time limit for check-in (19:00). For breakfast, have to go to another place, meager breakfast
Nice staff, room, and location! Breakfast in the cafe nearby was also nice. I will stay here when I come back to Florence.
special thanks to Veronica and Alessandra, my second stay at this B&B, restaurant recommendations really the best, location, wifi very good. Mini bus (c2)station is at the corner, to train station by taxi 6€ with luggage, In the middle of everything
The location, the room and the staff were excellent
noise and smell from the restaurants at ground floor, but nothing serious and a small price to pay for the location
Location!!! Staff Little surprises during the stay (can't say anything more...) Cozy room Comfort Incredible value for money
Everything was very good except The very uncomfortable bed.
Very very hard bed!
-Friendly staff -Welcome gifts and daily treats were a pleasant surprise -Clean room -Toiletries refilled every day
-View from the windows -Some noise heard from other rooms
Fabulous in every way but made extra special by the fantastic staff. The two girls went out of their way to be helpful and give tips about Flirence etc - outstanding.
Thank you to the wonderful two young ladies who made our experience so great. Helped us book dinners and Uffizi reservations, gave directions, chatted about our lives with us, and overall were simply a pleasure to be around.
Noise coming from the bathroom throughout the night. Lighting in the room was rather low, difficult to see.
We loved the location, the nice breakfast in a caffe 3 min walking from the place. everything was close: sights, shopping museums. the room was warm and welcoming and the most of everything, STAFF - never met anything like it...BIG THANK YOU!
bed was a bit hard - that is very subjective
Staff for sure is the best asset of this B&B. Alessandra and Veronika are extremely attentious to guests' needs and make you feel very welcome, which is nice. The B&B also provides you with some nice gifts throughout your stay, including some wine and prosecco :) Very centrally located, walking distance from all major attractions (historic Florence is tiny after all). Ten min walk from main train station (SMN). Definitely recommend it - just make sure you're able to find their door "behind" the restaurants' outside seating areas in the piazza.
The flip side of being centrally located is that the area gets noisy at night, especially on weekends with people drinking and loudly chatting on the streets (mainly Piazza della Repubblica) till late. Even though we got a "quiet" room facing the back of the building, we could still hear them until 2am or so. So if you don't tolerate much noise, definitely do not take any of the front rooms. Breakfast could be a little bit more substantial.
Location is very good. It is the centre of the ancient city, close to Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, nice resaurants, stores, etc. The room was clean and comfortable.Staff was very nice and helpful. Be ready for surprises.
Everything was OK.
Excellent location overlooking Repubblica Piazza. Staff were excellent and readily available when we neede assistance any time of night as well as day. Loved the charm of the room and the wonderful free entertainment from the Piazza each night.
Awsome staff, everything was great, upon arrival champagne and snacks.
great location great staff lovely little welcoming touches
Nothing not to like about this little florentine gem
Wonderful place to stay, and the staff was amazing. They offered to do anything for you and made the best recommendations for us. The location could not be any better as you are close to most everything in Florence. I would definitely book this B&B if I come back to Florence.
The only problem with this place is that it is located right above a bar that is open late on the weekends, and right in the middle of the square. When the weather is nice, it can be loud at night. May be an issue for you if you are a light sleeper.
The location of this B&B was fantastic. Alessandra, Veronica and Angelica were so helpful with anything we wanted to do. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. we stayed in a room in the back and it was very quiet. Would stay here again.
The absolutely wonderful staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Our breakfast was very nice. Being in the heart of the city was perfect, but if driving a car, the roads are a confusing maze through town. The B&B has a car attendant pick up your car to park it, which was a most appreciated necessity! Thanks again to the lovely staff!
Unfortunately, our room was on the back of the building, so we had no sunlight. Good for sleeping, but a little claustrophobic and dark otherwise. Although the breakfast was good, it is served down the street at a different location.
Excellent staff, arrange for my gluten free diet for breakfasts and even provided a breakfast box because of an early morning departure
Street noises but it is in the heart of the city
location, staff, and facilities were all great. great value for the money.
this B&B lacks a common area to relax after a day of touring, especially if one is travelling with companions. Would be great if a room could be devoted to this purpose.
Staff (Veronika, Allesandra) were great! They could not have been nicer or more helpful. Room was also great, with comfortable bed, good sized bathroom, complimentary Prosecco when we returned back after our first day, and good climate control.
Windows looked out directly at other buildings, so not great light.
Staff's friendliness and continued assistance with requirements and enquiries. Very spacious and cosy rooms. Terrific location. We over slept on a few occasions and missed breakfast. Staff actually offered to compensate us. This was an unbelievably warm and humble gesture.
If you're looking to stay in a hip/classy area of Rome, look no further. Very nice room & accommodating staff. Would recommend to friends.
