Nothing everything was great

Everything was good. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of food. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is near the center. 10 minutes from the hotel is malpensa express. It was a quiet hotel and i have nothing negative to tell!

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and varity. Nice, clean and quiet. Windows to open.

1) The beds were very hard in general. 2) The room we got the first night was bad. It was small, a bit rare and had been smoked in. Not according to our confirmation. Solved out the other nights.

Friendly staff...they were really helpful when my wallet got stolen....clean hotel..very efficient..location is reasonable..tram to the city is really easy and convenient...

The location was great and the tram stop outside makes the city centre accessible, because the hotel is closer to the financial district. The staff in the hotel are amazing and extremely friendly. The highlight of this hotel has to be Sophias, the hotel's restaurant, the food and service in there is first class.

I was a little disappointed by the spa. It was not quite as described. I expected the facilities to be much better.

It would be nice if reception sold metro tickets, as they can be hard to find if the newspaper stand on the corner is closed - also, the hotel is about a 25 minute tram ride to the city center.

Very friendly and helpful staff from front desk , restaurant, concierge to housekeeping . Great and appropriate service .. This is a very high comment considering I stayed in 5 stars hotels around the world for the past 16 years with room nights of 365 days a year for over 10 years consecutively .

Can be better on the hotel boutigue decorations .. But just a matter of taste issue ..

Room - fairly good size for Italian standards. Bathroom - very good showers. Room itself - good bed, fair size. Plenty of storage space. Friendly Staff - Breakfast - fantastic - very large choice of food.

Tv - somehow it didn't work for us. The staff were prompt to try to fix it, however, there were issues with the cable tv. Location - it was ok for us, but for a family with young kids, it may be a hassle to get the Tram to the city.

Since the first booking from 13to 20/03/2013the rate of the usual double room in my point of view and the view of my visitors is a 3or4 stars in any hotel in the world was 326uro. Per night but the fact differed from the above mentioned rate .here there is an exoneration. Secoundly the non refundable condition of the whole days staying in the hotel obliged be to go ahead with your high prices .usually in other hotels they take only from the Visa card the amount of one day not the whole sum of the whole days from staying in the hotel.you have to find a solution for the difference in prices from the first booking.anyhow if you have a will to keep in our mind a good impression about your hotel you have to take a decision to correct the upper mentioned problems.the Internet facilities in your hotel was bad because you have to arrange it again on any time we return to the hotel.the reputation of your hotel is under big question mark.

I like the position because it is close to my office and there are some nice restaurants and little shops in the area. But the position might be less recommendable for a "real" tourist, as it is not located in the city center area.

The rooms towards the street are a bit loud due to the tram that passes in front

The check in : I had to ask the basic info regarding hotel facilities, I was only giving the room key and reminded that I need to pay the room at the end of my stay, which I already I knew.

Beautiful room, good firm bed. Very good breakfast, definitely worth the money.

Very noisy room. Every sound from the hall sounded like someone was shouting right next to your bed. Room was very small. At the breakfast, the staff didn't react if the table was almost empty.

The staff was verry kind, communicative and providing with all the needed.

The room was not as big as i expected, and i was in a room looking at the back side, so make sure you ask a front one.

Breakfast is great, room is spaces.

Location is far from town centre. There is no stores or restaurant nearby the hotel.
