Att de hade gratis wire less Internet men att det I infobroschyren I mitt rum endast gavs optionen att betala för Internetanslutning!!! |

The hotel is clean, facility is good, breakfast is good but the staff at the front desk is not very friendly. We were allocated to apartments instead of hotel room as the hotel was fully booked. Those apartments were situated at the back section and we have to walk through the back doors and kitchen with bad smells in order to go to our room. Also the apartments are quite old and the locks cannot be locked properly. The staff at the front desk promised to change to a hotel room for me on the next day. I have requested to a non-smoking room before I left the hotel on the next morning but by the time I return to the hotel I found that it was a smoking room with strong smell. They checked and apology that they made another mistake after I complained. I really not happy but the hotel was fully booked again and nothing they can do. |

Everything was perfect. I had made a request for a gift to be left in our room on arrival as an anniversary celebration with note and this was carried out very well. Also on arrival we found we were in an apartment which was great. The breakfast at the hotel every morning was very impressive with a large selection available. We were travelling with our dog who was very well received. Probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in during our numberous city breaks. |

Very nice stuff at the reception, friendly. Excellent breakfast. Unfriendly stuff in the restaurant; got suite as a more quiet, but was directly on the garden street - bed was 1 m away from the door and there was even no entrance space in the suite. On the website it says that the fiera is 500 m away, but with no specification fieracity or fiera - we got hotel near the wrong location of fiera. |

The convenience of the free shuttle going to the Rho trade Fair The service at the restaurant for dinner, was a little bit reserved. Food of the Sphia's restaurant for dinner is expensive for the quantity |

The hotel was easy to find and had good secure parking (payable). The staff were very helpful. We had a very good evening meal in the restaurant and there was a great selection at breakfast. The tram ran outside the hotel to the centre of Milan. |

good atmosphere, nice design and good service. They replaced the TV access with a SKY setbox pay which is quite a hassle to use and it provides the only access to non-italian - with exception of CNN - TV channels ! |

Very clean and nice room, great breakfast, free wifi (exceptional in Milan hotels), the restaurant is very nice, too bad it was almost empty, small but well equipped fitness room. Don't take a room too close to the elevators, they make an irritating noise. |

The hotel and the staff were wonderful - the hotel quite beautiful, at least the room that we stayed in and the staff were helpful and gracious. We traveled with a small dog and a child and they were welcomed and parking was perfect, they have a garage in the hotel. The only problem was that i was not able to connect to the internet for a good part of our visit because of problems with their server but they did all they could to accommodate us with the hotel computers. |

Everything was amazing - interesting decor, great staff, air conditioning that worked, and an enormous breakfast! A little out of the way for downtown travellers but a tram is right outside the door. It was a five minute walk to my conference at the Fiera Milano Convention centre. Colleagues at much more expensive hotels much preferred mine and starting coming over regularly for a drink and dinner and to sit in the lovely lounge area. |

Great food - although menu was not huge, the selection was authentic and amazing. Atmosphere was fantastic. Extremely clean rooms and comfortable. Had 1 small child travelling with us and she loved the room - especially the breakfast. Amazing selection at breakfast - we were bowled over by the variety and types of food to cater to the various travellers. |

Friendly, helpful, English-speaking staff. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Good restaurant. Close to convention center. The desk is too small and cluttered with TV, etc. It is not close to tourist attractions, shops or restaurants. |

Hotel staff was extremely polite. The room was very nice and comfortable.Breakfast had a great variety and was very rich.The Hotel interiors were new and refurbished. Excellent value for money! The Hotel is not located in the city center. You have to take the tram or taxi (20-30 minutes). For taxi calculate ~15 Euros tarrif and 1 Euro tram. |
