Location to train station was good. There was no elevator and the stairs were very steep. The room needed a renovation badly. It was cramped and the bathroom was not cleaned very well. It could have used a good scrubbing around the shower stall. There weren't towel racks or hooks to hang towels.

Convenient to attractions Staff are eager to help Mostquitos in the room Too dark - ceiling light is too dim - can't see anything with it; bedside light also too dim - have to ask for an extra light for desk but not enough outlets! Only 3 outlets for plug in - one for bed side ight and one for tv and one for other things - so if you plug in computer there is no plug for heater or for extra lamp. Also the outlets are fallen apart - doesn't work very well. Keys are outside the front desk so anyone can go get any room key to enter any room any time - front desk staff aren't always at front desk to watch over keys - so room secutiry is a big issue.

Like Best About Hotel Enza: Staff was friendly, very helpful, accessible; the room quiet, clean, spacious with an Italian ambiance; service for room excellent; located in easy and often short walking distance to sights and central food market. The only thing we didn't like is that the bed was too hard for us. We found this typical of all the Italian beds in various sleeping places.

Overall a pleasant stay. Room had a somewhat neglected feel to it (spots on carpet, some loose plaster hanging from a spot on the ceiling) and smelled a little bit stuffy, but everything was clean. Beds were comfortable, air-conditioning worked nicely. Good location close to the train station, but in a rather bad neighborhood. This is a relatively old hotel, and I got the impression that the owner(s) do not want to invest more money into it than they have to. Staff was helpful and nice. Overall still a pleasant stay, and a good deal for the price.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would book the same same hotel if in town in the near future. Do 100% recommend this hotel to others. Was supposed to have a shared bathroom, but had a room with my own amazing bathroom.

Vriendelijk personeel behulpzaam rustige kamer 1.

Pulizia. Servizio Reception 24h. Condizionatore in camera. Piccolo Hotel ben curato nell'aspetto.

“The location was great - away from the main sites and crowds, but close enough to walk there in about 15 minutes on a pleasant, pedestrians-only street. Enrico, the owner, was very attentive. He gave us a map and showed us everything we needed to know about the sites and the transit system. He recommended restaurants that were tasty, inexpensive and away from the tourist area. The weather was so good that we walked everywhere from B&B Cimabue 9. The rooms are small and clean with adequate storage and lots of hot water.” Elizabeth, Dartmouth |
