I had the room in the tower which is a truly wonderful place to sleep and read and stare out of its many windows. It is calm and extremely clean and has the feeling of being out of the world, with its own little terrace and sitting room and kitchen.

I have to say that the breakfasts are appallingly bad, Really really terrible in every way. The tea bags used have something wrong with them. The coffee is worse. The croissants should be avoided on health grounds. The gentleman providing breakfast does not appear to understand what hot water is or that it is needed for making tea. I went through the various items laid out for breakfast and could fault almost every one of them. This is a tragic flaw for such a great hotel and something should be done to train the people or person concerned. I do not write out of hostility because I find the hotel really wonderful. I should like to come again and not have to go out to find breakfast.

The view, the room and the proximity to a lovely town with good bars and restaurants.

Absolutely magical place. Such beauty! After some chaotic big cities and lots of traveling, it was a tranquil respite. Would highly recommend and would love to go back any time.

Only complaint I can think of is that they need to fix the heater on the hot tub. :-)

Room 5 - the tower room had stunning views towards San Gimignano. We had the whole place to ourselves for 5 nights, which meant sole use of the terrace which also had terrific views and the secluded gardens. The staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Its the perfect place to explore San Gimignano, Sienna, Voltera, Chianti and many other hill top villages. Casole d'Elba is also a pretty village and has enough restaurants, bars, shops and culture to make the whole stay very pleasant

The 'kitchen' facilities were not very well stocked with tea and coffee and there were no facilities for preparing hot food. But this was a very small inconvenience

Wow!!!! The best of my Tuscan experience. Casole is lovely: genuine and away from the crowds. The hotel is perfect and cozy, with impressive views and huge, pretty and clean rooms. And the best is the staff: they even gave us two bottles of wine after check. I want to go back, and I strongly recommend it for a true Tuscan experience.

A good hotel with character, well worth a stay.

Limited eating locations in the village - but Pizzeria (which does more than pizzas) provides good food & good value.

Molto bello e curato, la suite molto bella. Molto rilassante e tranquillo.... Colazione perfetta.... Ci tornerei subito!!! Casole è poco turistica ma meglio x rilassarvi ed è in una posizione da dove raggiungi tutto più che bene!!!

Uitzonderlijk hotel met ongekende prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Ligging, service, comfort, kamer, ontbijt, vriendelijkheid, alles is hier top! Boek voor het te laat is!

Impossibile regolare la temperatura

Le cadre, la situation dans le village, l'environnement, la suite n° 6. Le prix hors saison. Les habitants du village sont affables.

Une hôtesse peu présente, peu bavarde, peu intéressée ???. Absence de communication. Pas de renseignements sur les lieux à visiter, peu ou pas d'échanges. Dommage !

La habitación amplia y espaciosa y un buen desayuno.

El personal, frío y distante, la habitación que no estaba bien limpia (había polvo) y la falta de espacio ya que si bin la habitación es grande no había salas comunes ni otros espacios donde estar en el hotel

La location è stupenda c'è una bellissima veduta e il paese seppur piccolo si trova in una posizione ottimale per visitare la zona

L'albergo seppure definito a quattro stelle non offre nessun tipo di servizio che lo possa qualificare come tale, sporco, senza mini bar, senza sapone, un posto in cui varrebbe la pena tornare solo se cambia la gestione

Il posto e' gradevole, la stanza della torre e' particolare con una bella veduta sulle colline, ambiente pulito ed accogliente

Materassi da rivedere, unico neo il bidet e' a 10 cm dal box doccia, e questo lo rende di fatto inutilizzabile

Piccoli dettagli. Dovrebbe essere più curato dalla gestione

posizione strategica per visitare le più belle città della toscana, luogo incantevole e un evento imperdibile come il presepe vivente

Situato in un piccolo paese a quattro passi da diverse mete turistiche toscane (Monteriggioni, Volterra, San Giminiano, Siena) offre un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura d'epoca sapientemente ristrutturata. Lo staff è accogliente e disponibile, sempre a disposizione per aiutare e dare utili indicazioni. Il rapporto qualità / prezzo è ottimo e la qualità delle stanze decisamente elevata.Lo consiglio a tutti quanti e se possibile ci tornerò volentieri.

Splendida la camera e la posizione

Location ottimale per la visita delle bellezze di Siena, S. Giminiano, Volterra e Monteriggioni, tutte nell'arco di 30, 40 km.La struttura è davvero bella e ben ristrutturata, immersa nelle colline toscane. Ottimo comfort nelle camere, buona colazione e disponibilità dei giovani proprietari. Da consigliare

La vue magnifique le jardin

Le personnel très jeune donc pas forcement très attentif les horaires d'accueil le jardin est à l extérieur de l hôtel la salle de bain sans baignoire alors que nous avions réservé une suite le wifi ne passe pas dans la suite du rez-de chaussé

la posizione stupenda,l'arredamento semplice ma confortevole,la disponibilità del personale che seppur presente per poche ore è molto cordiale,la colazione molto varia ed abbondante,ma soprattutto la pace che lo circonda.

Am solicitat o suita care avea un pat matrimonial plus o canapea, am fost 2 adulti si un copil , am solicitat parcare si mic dejun ptr 3 persoane, avamd in vedere ca suita avea un pat =o canapea, conform politicii hotelului : Politicile hotelului Copii şi paturi suplimentare Un copil cu vârsta până la 12 ani stă gratis când sunt folosite paturile existente. dar la destinatie am primit alta camera, care nu era suita , iar ptr copil au fost solicitati 30 de euro per noapte, dar am negociat la 20, cu toate ca si camera pe care am primit-o avea inca un pat pacat de locatie si de frumusetea localitatii, servicii slabe , mic dejun nesatisfacator, pahare nespalate etc
