Ok it s a new management! Except the elevator everything is brand new! Right in Spanish steps! May and October are super expensive! So try to skip that months! The room is tiny but comfy, the furniture is new! The hotel Has been under a big renovation!
The location about 200 metres from the Spanish Steps is really hard to beat for the price. The staff are very helpful, informative and obliging. This is a fairly simple, but clean comfortable and friendly hotel . More than worth the price for the location alone. The price may go up when renovations are completed.
The breakfast (included in price) is standard Italian breakfast.
we only liked the location! nothing else.
horrible place. will never stay there again and will never advise anyone to stay there. it was dirty, creepy, and old. noting good except the location. was not our cup of tea at all.
the hotel is near the center, between Trevi fountain and Spagna fountain. The staff were very kind
Location, friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant recommendation and it is nearby.
Expensive but a lot of places in Rome are like that.
Cramped room. Step to bathroom which in the night is dangerous missed it twice covered in bruises. The bathroom and shower very small with nowhere to deposit toiletry articles. Breakfast could be improved with yoghurt and fruit etc
Staff were really helpful and funny.
Perfect location. Good last minute price.
Small rooms. No WIFI. Very noisy. No hairdryer. Not very attentive service.
location , service
Location You can park your car to street for free
No aircondition No hair dryer Very loudly Poor breakfast Unfriendly staff Tiny rooms Poor decoration
Location in great !!!
Wi-Fi connection is only in one floor.... Not A/C rooms Not fruit or protein @ breakfast...
Close to Trevi and other attractions . Small and cozy
No airconditioning in the room we had. wifi not on all floors
No air conditioning. Small showers. Limited wifi. Horrible beds. Construction being done at 8am.
Hotel Erdarelli was in a fantastic location, a two minute walk from the Spanish steps and 5 mins from the trevi fountain. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the experience. Perfect for couples. Bedroom was of a great size for city centre Rome, bathroom was very modern and impeccably clean. Maids came and made bed every day which was fantastic. And also just to state again, location was amazing!!!!
Only thing I could think of is that there was no view from our room, but there isn't much that could be done about this in city centre Rome and didnt affect us at all.
For being a two stars hotel my room was bigger than the four stars hotel I had in Milan. It was very clean and the staff very helpful. A little bit noisy because I had a room on the street and there are no double glazed but of course it is a 2 stars hotel and my stay was perfect.
- breakfast not so bad - hostel's location (upper center of Rome) - low price - bed comfort
- bad WC & shower - lot of noise (AC under our poor window) - room not really clean
The service provided by all members of staff was excellent. My room was very clean, modern and stylish. The location of the hotel is perfect- central to all tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The room was very big and comfortable, with nice views. The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is wonderful and the hotel is very special and authentic. We will come back...
A little noisy and there is no fruit or protein for breakfast
Great location, kind staff, clean and comfortable )
they have not air condition
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Rome unforgetable
Staff and location
This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever seen, let alone stayed in. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain, and wall corners, the "balcony" was filthy, the light fixtures were bare bulbs with all the wiring exposed, the switch wiring in the bathroom literally fell off the wall when we tried to turn on the light, the bed was like cardboard, and the room itself was the size of a closet. We were even afraid to sleep inside the sheets, so we slept on top of the bed in our sleeping bags. The owner understood perfectly why we discontinued our stay after one night, but STILL charged us the full price for the night we did stay. It was honestly disgusting.
The room was clean and tidy. ok. Place is very good, near everything you need, cosy area near Spanish Steps.
There was very cold and a lot of noise from the street. The hotel looks terrible outside, but they are constructing it inside, so the rooms are fine and ok. Breakfast is terrible, just the sweet things and they are like plastic. Coffee and "juice" from machine.
This hotel is located very close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Location of this hotel is excellent everything is in walking distance .There are two metro stations close to this hotel. This is a family-run hotel and the owner of this hotel is very helpful and friendly.
Wifi was only available at level-1.
