- breakfast not so bad - hostel's location (upper center of Rome) - low price - bed comfort
- bad WC & shower - lot of noise (AC under our poor window) - room not really clean
The service provided by all members of staff was excellent. My room was very clean, modern and stylish. The location of the hotel is perfect- central to all tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The room was very big and comfortable, with nice views. The staff is very helpful and nice. The location is wonderful and the hotel is very special and authentic. We will come back...
A little noisy and there is no fruit or protein for breakfast
Great location, kind staff, clean and comfortable )
they have not air condition
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Rome unforgetable
Staff and location
This was one of the worst hotel rooms I have ever seen, let alone stayed in. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain, and wall corners, the "balcony" was filthy, the light fixtures were bare bulbs with all the wiring exposed, the switch wiring in the bathroom literally fell off the wall when we tried to turn on the light, the bed was like cardboard, and the room itself was the size of a closet. We were even afraid to sleep inside the sheets, so we slept on top of the bed in our sleeping bags. The owner understood perfectly why we discontinued our stay after one night, but STILL charged us the full price for the night we did stay. It was honestly disgusting.
The room was clean and tidy. ok. Place is very good, near everything you need, cosy area near Spanish Steps.
There was very cold and a lot of noise from the street. The hotel looks terrible outside, but they are constructing it inside, so the rooms are fine and ok. Breakfast is terrible, just the sweet things and they are like plastic. Coffee and "juice" from machine.
This hotel is located very close to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Location of this hotel is excellent everything is in walking distance .There are two metro stations close to this hotel. This is a family-run hotel and the owner of this hotel is very helpful and friendly.
Wifi was only available at level-1.
Bathroom, bedroom, staff
welcoming staff, a good location - good value for money
For the price I payed, it was much more than I could ask. Comfortable and well located.
very good location!!! near with the all sightseen!!! 3 min of spanish stairs!!! 5 min of trevi fontain! safty in all time)
All ok except no wi-fi in the room!! Terrible!! This is 2013, not stoneage………
Location was perfect, walking distance to almost all attractions, breakfast was good, staff was helpful and clean.
The fire alarm went on for an hour didn't stop and there was no explanations and apology for 1 hour we couldn't go to sleep. In addition we requested toilet paper for our room, we requested the whole day three times and the fourth time we had to go and get it from the front desk ourselves. Other then this all was good especially location prefect for that price.
+ Excellent location + Friendly Staff + Budget friendly
- No Wi-Fi in the rooms - Not very clean
The situation of the hotel is just perfect, just several passes from the Spanish Steps. The stuff is friendly and smiling. The room was beautiful, showing the good taste of the proprietor, the bathroom is just huge. The room was very tidy, I could walk barefoot.
The breakfast is rather poor with awful coffee and no protein products. The wifi didn't work
towel and bed sheets are very clean, Location is excellent
i think its slightly over priced
No air conditioning. There are bed bugs! My husband and I both got the bites!
Excelent location for visiting Rom.
You can hear next doors waterpipes day and night.
I was travelling alone and I did like the hotel Erdarelli. The location is fantastic - 3 min of walking to Spanish stairs, 5 min - to Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend this hotel to those who wants explore Rome in the best way and do not want to spend a lot of money!
for me - nothing
It was fairly clean. There was an elevator. Good location.
Their website said ac could be purchased. While this was not on your website, it was on theirs. The manager was very rude about this. We had two rooms. Both had fans, but hardly sufficient. One room was very run down. Nasty carpeting. Bathroom was clean but old and lacking in amenities. No mirror in the bathroom. No place in the shower to put anything. Toilet could be flushed once and then needed a long time for the tank to fill. Clean towels and soap were provided. View was on a worksite. The breakfast was fair. Coffee was provided via machine. No staff present. Bread and pastries were fair.
Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Relatively quiet for the location.
The bathroom could have been better, but the whole hotel is fixed bit by bit, so this is temporary I guess.
