Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции за 2 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении всех детей младше 12 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание им предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении всех детей младше 2 лет на детских кроватях взимается EUR 10,00 с человека за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается EUR 20,00 с человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных допускается по предварительному запросу. Дополнительная плата не взимается.

Free wireless broadband but this should be extended to the bedrooms The breakfast which was included in the room rate was not good value. They used the same croissants day after day and leave the cornflakes on display without any cover or cling film. I suggested using the local bakery (almost next door) to supply fresh local breads and offering eggs on the menu (even if there is a bit extra to pay for a hot breakfast). I would recommend this hotel because the staff were exceptionally helpful and had good English. |

Staff very helpful. Very pleasant terrace breakfast. Hotel definitely unsuitable for those using public transport. With a car, it would be fine. |

friendly staff, facilities in good shape, close to the beach the hotel is not close to downtown Trapani, and the public transportation is not very good, so we had to take a taxi to go back and forth |

Erice hotel was fantastic: good size room, huge balcony with a nice view (I think I got the best room there:P), air-conditioning with a remote control, fridge, pleasant decoration, comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere, flexible time for the breakfast served 7am-11am, close to a beach (5-10mins walk) and a supermarket (1min away), wireless internet in the lobby....everything I needed. Absolutely great value for money. It is true that Erice hotel is far from the town centre, it takes 50-60mins walk to get to the port and 40-50mins to the train station. If you take the longer but more beautiful way that goes along the beach, it adds another 15mins to the times above. I personally used it as a good exercise. If you don't fancy walking, you can rent a car, bike or scooter and solve this problem. It was only a problem for me when I was coming back from Favigniana already tired and had to walk all the way from the port to the hotel. But it worked well for me overall and would stay there again. |

The room was clean and airy and quite spacious. It was far removed from the centre of town,the breakfast was not impressive, no internet facitilies, no atmosphere. |

very friendly and helpful staff, excellent croissants and coffee for breakfast (at least if you go early enough), well-furnished pleasant room with a nice view of mount Erice, good location if you want to visit Erice far from the center of Trapani,neighbourhood seems residential and quiet but architecturally uninteresting (as seems typical for the Trapani suburbs), sound insulation between rooms is not so good, shower walls need to be changed, price was high but we visited on Easter Friday with lots of guests in town |

Lliterie exceptionnelle (mes vertèbres fragiles ont rarement été aussi heureuses). Extrême gentillesse du personnel (pas seulement courtois et efficace, mais sympathique avec discrétion). Service minibus pour l'aéroport de Trapani.Terrasse-solarium (2° étage) où la soirée au clair de lune fut merveilleusement relaxante, avec vue superbe de la citadelle. Proximité immédiate de pharmacie, bureau de tabacs, marchand de journaux, supérette, etc ; arrêt de bus (22 ou 23) venant du centre-ville devant la porte. Je regrette un peu que les abords immédiats ne soient guère pourvus en restauration... |
