Hotel Erna  

We were out of season so had complete personal service even being picked up from the station. Family run with such friendly people. Loved it.

Excellent hotel, the friendliest personal ever. Flexible, available, multi-lingual. Nice room with a view, extremely accurate in all details. Bathroom big and clean and with a window! Almost better then home!

Bed are quite hard, breakfast could be a bit richer

Loved the friendly atmospher, good food, spa facilities, comfort and cleanliness of the room.

Surprised that there was not a mini bar inside the room.

The hotel staff is very kind.

Lovely staff who welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival. Our room was superb with a great view and balcony. We will stay here again on our travels to Italy. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was a bit bland

Immediately upon walking in to this delightful little hotel, I was greeted by a charming woman who turned out to be one of the owners. While my Italian is a little rusty, she spoke perfect German and great English. She took me directly to my room which was immaculate. While you may not find expensive amenities here, you will find yourself happily surprised with a very nice room at a great price. There are walking and biking paths everywhere or if you prefer, there is a tennis court on the property. The views are spectacular here, but then again, you are in Alpine country!

The staff spoke english and was very friendly and welcoming. The price was right and our view of the mountains from our room was beautiful, could not have asked for anything better. Breakfast was good, and sevice was exceptional. I would stay here again, even though the hotel was not directly of the motorway. I ove the little village and the outlet mall was very close, about 9 KM. There were greta wlaking trails and nature all around. Perfect.

there was no regrigerator in the room, but we were able to keep drinks cold by putting them outside in the balcony.

Sehr angenehmes, freundliches und familiäres Ambiente. Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit Bad, Balkon und einem schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das große Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, ein prima Restaurant ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt am Hotel ist ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder für eine Zwischenübernachtung buchen!

Waren nur auf der Durchreise, daher nur eingeschränkte Beurteilung möglich. Personal sehr freundlich, Frühstück war reichhaltig u vielfältig.

Come è possibile che questo Hotel abbia una valutazione così alta ?? mi chiedo come è possibile che questo hotel abbia tre stelle ?? Signori, mi spiace ma le camere singole sono come soggiornare e ritornare negli anni settanta. Non ci tornerò mai più !

Het ontbijt was goed maar we waren er begin september en we vroegen naar de sauna dit kon dus al niet meer het hotel was alleen deze week nog open en ook konden we er niet meer eten savonds. Dit hadden we liever eerder geweten we waren samen met nog een ander stel de enige gasten in het hotel. Jammer want je boekt voor bepaalde faciliteiten en daar konden we geen gebruik van maken.

Ze kunnen beter vermelden dat ze in september liever geen gasten hebben.

La cordialità quasi familiare....la tranquillità ....la disponibilità di tutto lo staff.....la cucina semplice ma ottima....la vicinanza sia alla montagna per escursioni sia alla città per shopping....il rapporto qualità prezzo che non ha eguali

Pulizia, camera molto silenziosa nonostante ferrovia non distante, ruscello sottostante. Non da ultimo ottima cucina.

Prezzi non proprio convenienti visto la posizione (non tanto dell'albergo, quanto del luogo (sotto cavalcavia strada del Brennero). Rapporto qualità/prezzo non proprio conveniente. Ma buon luogo di sosta per chi è in viaggio. Riposo assicurato.

Tutto ottimale dalla cena alla camera al servizio. Il giudizio è relativo ad una sola notte essendo di passaggio.
