Amazing Location , very close to the wonderful arena and many restaurants & bars. Verona was beyond all expectation and watching Madame Butterfly in the open air roman amphi-theatre was fantastic. The friendly Staff were very attentive and the price included a great breakfast delivered to your room.. In addition a good size bathroom and a comfortable bed with good pillows. Good Value for money & I would highly recommend this as a great central , convenient location.
AC problem , as stated on the AC unit it was sometimes impossible to control!!! which did make us smile but was slightly frustrating that the room could not be made cooler.
Brilliant location, wonderfully friendly staff, greta breakfasts served in the room. (Weird but it works) Comfortable beds. Almost everything superb. Would definitely return
Tiny tiny point but no point having coffee pods in the room if there is nothing to put them in. Machine appeared to be 'away for repair' in both of the two rooms we booked for the whole of the 6 night period we stayed in the Hotel. Minor niggle however as they apologised profusely and offered to make coffee for us.
Great location very near arena, shopping and all major historic and religious sites. The staff was very helpful, even supplying us with breakfast at 6 AM because we had to drive to the venice airport for an early flight to the US. We booked a junior suite but were upgraded to a large full suite with 2 rooms and a large bath. The breakfast provided to our room each day was excellent. We were on a very busy shopping street but the soundproofing in the room was really excellent. With the shutters closed we really heard nothing at night.
The hotel was hard to find with little signage on the street. The streets are very crowded and even with a GPS it was hard to know where the hotel was. However once we found it the staff was very helpful in taking care of our car. Be sure to reserve parking if you drive.
The hospitality, the good energy, the smiling faces
I wish I could take the staff with me. They were exceptional, especially Albert. They made Verona special. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the middle of everything. We were on the upper floor and had no noise issue. I loved the fun, boutique feel of the facility. The room and bathroom were gorgeous.
The room and bath were gorgeous, but it was all style and no function. There were serious design flaws. Curtains hung over the AC vents preventing the room from cooling. Uncomfortable sofa with too few pillows. It was impossible to shower without soaking your hair, face and the floor. Sinks too shallow to keep water from spilling and no counter space. The closets were awkward. Hangers were "fixed" (as not to be stolen?) Bad lighting. And finally, I am not one to request linen or towel changes, but I thought it tacky and in poor taste to require guests to leave a picture of a DEAD TREE on the bed if they wanted a linen change.
Excellent location and breakfast in room was convenient and very adequate. Marco, the manager, was particularly helpful and made our stay that much more comfortable.
Everything was perfect. The staff very accommodating. Modern boutique hotel feel. Breakfast was a elegant surprise.
The location: right in the centre of town. An easy walk to all the major sights, restaurants, shopping etc. The views from the balconies. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble.
The crack in the bathroom basin! Breakfast in the room was OK but if you order something hot it is not hot by the time it arrives.
Location was excellent, room was spacious with all mod cons. Service was spot on and a good choice of breakfast was served in room at time specified. Staff were extremely helpful and were on hand to provide advice, train times and great restaurant recommendations. A great stay made even better by such a great team of staff where nothing was too much trouble.
Marco was excellent in making us feel welcome and taking care of every thing we needed.
nothing, a wonderful stay!
Staff were helpful and easy to talk with.Knew the area well and were good restaurant guides
Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom had been damaged by previous occupants and although repaired that and damage to the bathroom floor left a rather tired effect. The rest of the accommodation was fine.
Breakfast in the room Spacious room
No real lobby area
Location, staff and facilities
Too noisy at night and quite expensive and small reception area.
