Great location: accommodation facility with very good position. Within walking distance from main station (Termini) and the city centre, close to the main monuments and landmarks. Metro stop nearby. Direct express bus to Vatican in front of the entrance door. We indeed found the position very convenient and although we were using public transport it is not necessary if you prefer to walk you can reach Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain easily by foot. There's mini-market Despar nearby, Bars and restaurants on Nazionale street available. Rooms - Overall the Guest House located on the 5th floor of the building is a tiny place. Small lift & reception, coffee machine with a table where few people can sit. 6 rooms in one "L"-corridor equipped with chairs. Rooms are cleaned daily (10 a.m. - 2 p.m. if you sleep longer be prepared you'll hear vacuum cleaner or noise from the corridor if someone talks loud). Great advantage for this place not common for all facilities in this location is the windows are not oriented to the main street which is always busy. You can find your peace if not disturbed by the car cleaning street after 11 p.m. or motor-bikes of early commuters. Our suite was clean, not so big up to 25 square meters including Jacuzzi and bathroom. Room was equipped in a luxury style fashion with big LCD TV screen above the table and small LCD above Jacuzzi. Wardrobe with clothes-hangers and safe. There also was air condition, 1 chair, 2 beside tables, boiling kettle, minibar, Jacuzzi, hydro massage shower with Hamam option (vapour-bath), bidet. Internet was working on the room without any problems, you'll get the access password from the reception. Towels, pillow case and sheets were changed as needed. Friendly Stuff - the personnel of the guest house were well behaved, willing to help available 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. Notice not all the stuff speaks English well.

Satellite TV - available Italian channels only. I wish I had more DVDs with me so I could watch some good movies. You cannot tune other than Italian channel but some English is available on MTV Italy. Breakfast basket does provide only sweet stuff - mainly croissants. Don't expect continental-style breakfast or breakfast room. Self-service on your room. Better to plan to go out for your food. There's many good places Lift is small and can be used with the keys only as you need to open elevator metal door. First time you'll need to use interphone to call someone to pick you up behind the main entrance door and before the iron gate (it's a little bit adventure to get to the reception for the first time - better have the phone to call the reception just in case) which are usually open on working days till 7 p.m. We received only 1 keys and 1 magnetic card for entrance used also to supply electricity in the room which I found not convenient if I was about to go to the shop for 5 minutes I had to take the keys and card and leave my girlfriend without electricity & light on the room. Be ready there is no phone on the room which I would find standard equipment of 4* class but may be acceptable for B&B. Not a criticism but surprise there are no standard quilts on the room I am used to cover with when there's colder in the room. There only was 1 big sheet for us 2 to cover and a feather thick questionable clean quilt in carry bag located in the wardrobe I immediately asked to remove from the room. When I ask for additional quilt I found big thin rug on the room in the evening (this I believed was due to lack of English knowledge of the stuff). Next morning I had to ask for additional rug though as I found there are no quilts.

If you're in the back wifi reception might be a bit poor.

the impossibilty to book one single room on-line this possibility should be ensured for all travellers as the possition of the hotel is particular important not only for tourists but also for business men/women.

Esedra Inn is in the centre of rome and is about 20 minutes from the trian and bus station. The colosseo, spanish step and fontana del tritone are within walking distance. There are many other sites to be seen and are within walking distance. If you like clothes shopping, there are plenty of beautiful clothes shops in this area. Plenty of restuarants and Mac Donald's around about. We found Esedra Inn clean and family friendly and the staff was very helpful. It had a hairdryer, tv and a kettle and a small fridge in our room. Breakfast was continental. It does help if you can speak a little Italian but there are plenty of english speeching italian's in this area. We would stay in the Esedra Inn again.

Fantastic Location and hotel was lovely. Quiet at night and lovely room of a decent size. We were very happy with our stay.

Only problem was we were not served breakfast on the last day but we still had some left over from the day before so it was not a problem. Make sure when trying to find the hotel for the first hotel you go via the building numbers rather than looking for a sign. Will save allot of time!

It is close to touristic places and termini station...

Breakfast is not served in proper way.. Some cookies and croissant in a basket... We have stayed for three days... First two day room is cleaned very well. Last days, they did not changed our towels and bed sheet with clean ones..(first two days they changed)... Just room cleaned...

Situation géographique idéale : proche de la gare termini a pieds (10 minutes), proche des principaux lieux touristiques (10-15 minutes a pieds), proche d'une station de metro, proche des commerce (rue nazionale beaucoup de boutiques)

Pour un hôtel de ce prix le petit déjeuner est très insuffisant : quelques viennoiseries industrielles servis dans un plateau en chambre

E' comodissimo, proprio nel centro sulla via Nazionale. E nonostante tutto e' selenzioso. La camera era molto bellina, arredata con gusto. A noi e' piaciuto tanto.

Come gia' hanno scritto tutti, la colazione e' un po' scarsa. Pero' quando lo sai prima, non ti fai un problema. E' un piccolo b&b che non ha la sala per le colazioni e per questo hanno trovato il miglior modo possibile per la gente di avere almeno qualche piccola colazione in camera.

были в номере люкс с джакузи. впечатления потрясающие! очень романтично! все чисто, ванная комната достойная. красивый подъезд и фонтан с рыбками, осталась память надолго!

завтрака как такового нет. только булочки. но рядом есть большой супермаркет, этим и спасались.

La posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dalla Stazione. La vasca idromassaggio in camera, assolutamente fantastica al prezzo dell'offerta! Il bollitore e il necessaire per un tè o caffè.

All'arrivo non è chiaro che l'ascensore vecchio stile (bellissimo) necessita di chiave e che bisogna far scendere il receptionist ad aprire. Così ci si avventura con le valigie per 4 piani di scale! La colazione stile "pausa caffè in ufficio", tutto confezionato, ma comunque abbondante.

第一次不太好找到，在一栋大厦的B座，老式电梯还需要钥匙。早晨很一般。我们住在前台附近，服务生一直打电- 话很吵。

El personal, limpieza, habitación, confort de la habitación...excelentes. Darse un baño en el hidromasaje después de todo un día caminando...maravilloso y relajante. La situación respecto a los monumentos más importantes es muy buena y además justo al lado dela Estación Termini.

Hay que mejorar un poco el desayuno, pero es suficiente.

地點就在市中心,和火車站地鐵站都近,要做大眾運輸或是步行遊羅馬都很方便 房間很乾淨,舒適,床舖很舒服 衛浴還有SPA淋浴柱及按摩浴缸

Тапочек заявленных нет, пришлось искать в магазинах,так как ноябрь и дожди , мы в сапогах. И завтраки - не завтраки, а круассаны не вкусные, с долгим сроком хранения.Но покупали в соседнем магазине отличные йогруты,сыр,т.д. Чайник в номере и какао, кофе на "завтрак" были так,что не проблема. И найти первый раз не просто,вернее заморочка с лифтом,но эта инфа в других отзывах есть.
