It was conveniently located between the city center and the beach. Moreoever, it was clean and comfortable. Parking is not available. Pescara is a very congested city, especially around the beach area. Finding a parking spot is more than a challenge; it requires some knowledge of the parking fee structure for on the street parking and being able to find a place. Very difficult!! |

Top location Hotel is old - rooms are nice and renovated but public spaces looks old, and is not worth the price that is charged. I would recommend it however for the half the price we paid. Or the price would be justified should there have been additional services - swimming pool, spa, gym, etc. - but there was none of that. |

The breakfast is good - except for the bread that is hard like stone - and there is a nice view of the beach from the breakfast room. Free wireless internet working well in room. Window to the back side is not desirable, balcony tiny, TV tiny, shower tiny. The receptionist was so unfriendly, it was shocking. The hotel restaurant has 99% dishes with fish or seafood, not even pasta (without fish/seafood) or lasagne. |

La posizione e la vista. Facile da raggiungere, abbastanza confortevole, personale gentile. Il servizio di rete wireless non funziona in modo appropriato (manca in alcune zone dell'hotel) e il personale sembra non essere sufficientemente competente in materia. In generale, ritengo che la categoria assegnata all'hotel (4 stelle) sia eccessiva. |

Edificio esteriormente elegante. Posizione ottima. Spettacolare terrazza panoramica per la colazione. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità. Camera molto piccola, con finestra che si affacciava su un cavedio. Arredamento molto carente, esteticamente brutto e in cattivo stato di conservazione. Mancava spazio per riporre i bagagli. Mancava persino la luce centrale, rimpiazzata da una brutta e fioca lampada a stelo, alimentata da un cavo aggrovigliato sul pavimento. Moquette e tappezzeria vecchie e con macchie. Bagno con arredi vecchi e notevolmente deteriorati. Porta del bagno scrostata e con sgradevolissime macchie brunastre, probabilmente dovute a muffe. Televisore in camera piccolo, di vecchio modello. In una zona di traffico molto congestionato, non vi sono a diposizione posti auto, il che obbliga speso a lunghi giri per tovare un parcheggio, perlopiù a pagamento. |

hotel esplanade is zeer centraal gelegen aan de levendige boulevard. Veel leuke en betaalbare restaurantjes. Op het strand zijn parasols en ligbedden te huur. Gemiddelde prijs: 50 euro per dag! Dit is echt bespottelijk. |

Центр города. Пляж - через дорогу. Магазины, кафе, рестораны, клубы - всё рядом. Сам по себе отель очень красивый и выделяется на общем фоне. Большая часть персонала отзывчива и дружелюбна. Уверена - если поеду в Пескару ещё раз, остановлюсь в этом же отеле. Спасибо. Было бы здорово, если бы у отеля были свои места на пляже. А так же и свои полотенца для пляжа. |

ubicacion y apariencia externa el edificio bello desayunos malos aire acondicionado con temperatura en 25 grados C no tuvimos internet despues de la priemra conexion daba error y no hubo manera de que nos solucionaran el problema " la tarjeta dura 7 dias " pero no conectaba |

L'aspetto architettonico e la posizione centrale e vicinissima al mare. Bellissima la terrazza sull'attico per la cena e la colazione Mancanza di un parcheggio riservato. Assenza di cassetta di sicurezza nella camera. Nel bagno era stato rimosso e non sostituito il separè a soffietto posto sul bordo vasca per evitare di allagare il pavimento quando si utilizza la doccia a telefono |
