Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet mit Spumante. Gepflegte und grosszügige Thermalbadanlage. Tennisplatz leider aus Beton. Guter Service. Zimmer, die nicht auf Gartenanlage schauen, haben schlechte Sicht auf Hauptstrasse, die stark befahren ist und entsprechend laut trotz Doppelverglasung.

Abbiamo speso 130 euro a notte a camera. L'albergo è un po datato...stile anni 70.! Le camere sono da 3 stelle bruttino, inoltre una delle lampade era rotta! Il ristorante non va oltre la sufficenza (30 euro per antipasto a buffet, primo seconfo e Ci sono diversi idromassaggi (alcuni non funzionanti!) e getti d'acqua dall'alto. La sauna non funziona. L'accesso alle piscine è gratuito (almeno quello!), è possibile inoltre accedere dall'esterno al prezzo di 24 euro (visitatori senza camera). Attenti a portarvi gli accappatoi da casa perchè noleggiarli costa 15€!! In definitiva direi che nonostante qualche nota positiva, non torneremo e consigliamo decisamente altro!

Sicuramente la cosa che più ci ha colpito è la piscina esterna. Veramente di alto livello. Considerando che abbiamo prenotato una Junior Suite, ci hanno fatto pagare 15 Euro a persona per avere l'accappatoio. Inoltre, la domenica, giornata di partenza, ci hanno "invitato" a lasciare la piscina entro le ore 14. Questi atteggiamenti non sono sicuramente da hotel 5 *****.

La piscina è fantastica e il personale molto gentile. La camera che ci era stata assegnata aveva l'aria condizionata rotta, ma dopo il nostro reclamo ci è stata assegnata immediatamente un'altra camera di livello superiore. Le camere che si affacciano sulla piscina propongono anche una vista dell'hotel che non è consono ad un 5 stelle.

Mi ha piaciuto tutto! Sopratutto la piscina termale con tanti idromassaggi. Il personale è gentilissimo. Avevo una camera moderna e pulitissima con vista sui colli. E' stato un soggiorno di lavoro e purtroppo non avevo tempo per provare il centro benessere. Mi piacerebbe tornare!

Der Service der Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Poolanlage ist veraltet, unser Zimmer war veraltet, ein neues Bad wäre dringend erforderlich. Das Frühstück war eher auf italienische Bedürfnisse, süß, eingerichtet.

La piscina termale coperta è molto piccola. Non c'è passaggio tra la piscina aperta e coperta. La piscina aperta troppo vecchia, su 4 lettini di idromassaggi funzionava uno. Non vale 5 stelle!!! è troppo caro per quello che offre. La colazione niente di particolare anzi troppo limitata.!

Piscina splendida colazione a buffet stupenda. La camera da letto era da hotel a 3 stelle scarso, mobili vecchi, materasso con minimo 20 anni di utilizzo e bagno tenuto veramente male.... assolutamente da rinnovare !!!!!!
