location, staff and value for money
Will not miss the Wifi or lack there of
Nice staff, nice location
Maybe it is our fault, we bring something to eat in the room and found many ants the next day
The location is excellent. All interesting places are in walking distance.
Elevator is too small
good location to access sights clean with good wifi
could have left more shower gels sachets in the mornings strange vibrations felt even on 5th floor
The location is perfect to reach every attraction of Rome. We had a nice view of Via Nazionale. The staff was very kind.
Th friendliness of the man who checked us in into the hotel. Explained to us the need to change our room the next night, and offered complimentary breakfast for two days for the inconvenience.
The other person who prepared our bill the night before we check out the next day. He was very rude and mentioned that it was only one day complimentary breakfast and it should not be given two days breakfast as it cost them 36 Euro for the breakfast. This has certainly made a very bad impression of the hotel for turning back on their offer and I feel he should not even mention about the cost to his guests. Very unprofessional and certainly not trained to be in the front line.
The position is definitly the strongest point of this Hotel.............
I was choosing this place for its terrace but they didn't left use it with the excuse of the bad weather. The breakfast is just minimal and the service just normal if not less....definitly not 3 stars hotel, may be two comparing with other in the same area tried previously....
Good location very clean hotel
The staff not the friendliest. And wifi didn't work in our room we had to use it in the hallway
- Location is prime. - Room and bathroom are clean - Friendly and eager to help front desk staff
- Very small elevator - Dark corridor leading to the elevator/stairs. - Nothing else came to mind as I spent only a night.
location , comfortable renovated rooms and great shower . restaurants and all the facilities within walking distances. Nearby main monuments with easy access.
Good location Within walking distance of main attractions Close to hop on hop off busses Good resturants close by
No lobby No bar Room where breakfast served just a big bedroom with a few plastic tables and chairs Terrace not open We had two rooms, one was excellent, the other small and walls very grubby and in need of painting Lift very slow ,small and could only take two people Reception on third floor with no sign at ground level to show the way Entrance hallway and stairway grubby Staff polite but only one person at reception and you had to wait a long time to be seen
very centrally located. You can walk to anywhere from there.
The location is very good, close to everything. The facilities are very good. There is a perfect terrace with excellent view of the street.
We waited 20 minutes before the receptionist showed up on the day we arrived.
The reception people were helpful
The bed, as others have noted, was quite hard. The shower was tricky; the door didn't move on it's runner and the bottom was slippery. A potential recipe for a bad fall. The hallway could be quite noisy especially late at night.
Walk to most sights in Rome Balcony to go out and watch Rome go by!
Excellent location at a reasonable price.
No facilities.Roof top garden shown in photos not able to be used. Mediocre breakfast.
Everything else. Pictures shown are not real.
it's a good 2star hotel staff were good
The location is good
The staff, Eleonora frontera Uruguay
Hard bed. Some entities missing E.G. Extra pillows. Do not disturb sign etc. Also walls allow all noise from next door
Great location and that's about it!
Hotel is very noisy from early in the morning. If you would like to sleep for a bit longer, you can forget this as doors starting to bang from somewhere 7 am. Also staff communicating loud etc... up and down the corridor. There is no coffee facilities in the rooms! Here in UK all hotel rooms offer coffees and teas, so we expected same in Rome. When we asked, they said there is not a problem and everything will be in our room by the next morning. When we came back from the day out, noticed that cups kettle and spoons were in our room...but again, where is coffee and tea??? For that price what we paid I think it was too expensive for what we've had. In photos you can see nice terrace on the roof, but again when we asked to go on the terrace, they've said it's locked. And what is the point to go up there if they don't sell coffee in the first place. I've read reviews before I've booked this hotel and many people said the same, but I refused to believe. Well...I will next time! Also to mention that tiled floors in the room is not ideal, especially if you don't bring your slippers and with children could be a risk factor. I watched my girl carefully and had to keep reminding her to be careful and do not slip. I would not book this hotel room again. It's not worth the price!!!
I did like every thing about the hotel, the location is easy to reach with public transportation, excellent services, staff are very polite, helpful , professional and respectful, and definitely I will stay again on my visit to rome
