C'Est La Vie Rooms

Location very good, walking distance to St Peters etc.. great accomodation excellant hosts, nothing too much trouble. lovely room and bathroom, plenty of fresh towels etc. breakfast adequate, ceral pastries etc.. very good value for money. All the rooms were different and very nice.

a bit hard to find as situated in a block of residentail flats with not a lot of signposting. but a small detail.

We had the Colosseo room, the red room as you can see in the pictures provided. Very clean! Fresh! Everything is brand new! Really large double bed, the best pillows! 3Set towels each, large,medium and small, perfect for us. You've also got air con which we used as a heater in the month of March, and flat screen tv too a kettle, teabags, sugar, and bowl or mixed sweets provided on arrival and the lady here gave us bottled water which was perfect! Plenty of cupboard space to unpack and then. . . .the bathroom! Brand new! The best units! Cleaaaannn! The best shower with a massive head or a handheld shower head! We absolutely loved the suit! The most important thing I say when traveling! Breakfast is simple but enough, warm croissant each, juices, cereal, sponge cakes, and they ask what drink you would like e.g coffee, mocha, cappuccino, milk. The help from the people working here was great, the lady advised of local hotels we could go to for our last 3nights and called a few places she knew herself, which really made a difference in the level of care they had for their guests. Breakfast is from 8-10, so depending on whose staying you may hear people moving about and talking from 8am onwards. Their english is good compared to others around Italy and they take their time in talking to the guests. Do a quick google map search on how to get here from Vatican and you'll be fine :)

Because the breakfast area is outside all of the rooms you can hear people up and about from 8am.

We arrived at 6 february at C'est La Vie Rooms, and we're welcomed by the two friendly owners of this hotel. The breakfast was simple, as described and expected, yoghurt, croissant & some cakes. Room was clean, beautiful, new and smelled very fresh. Same goes for the bathroom, with a lovely shower. Also the location is very convenient, close enough to go to the Vatican by foot and 800m from the Metro station which brings you to Piazza di Popolo in only 2 stops.

Sometimes you can hear the noises that other residents make in the hallway or in the rooms very clearly. Also, when we left at around 5am there was no hot water. This was a real letoff. I don't know if it's normal or not. We only had it once. Note: The hotel is not easy to find, it's on the first floor of an apartment. It's number 1 of Via Buccari 3.

Mon fils (11ans) et moi avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de ce bed and breakfast. Les hôteliers sont extrêmement gentils et avenants. Nous recommandons +++ cet établissement et n'hésiterions pas une seule seconde à y séjourner à nouveau si nous devions revenir à Rome.

Хорошо расположен в тихом районе недалеко от Ватикана. Рядом автобус до Пирамиды, пекарня, вино. Очень приветливый персонал,помогают с бронированием.

Если не повезет с соседями, то в полной мере насладитесь их разговорами часа в 4 ночи и музыкой,т.к. двери в коридор хорошие, но не сейфовые:).

Tutto! Dallo staff alla struttura, la gentilezza di Amalia, la proprietaria, la bellezza e pulizia delle camere.

Besonders freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll geführtes Hotel. Angenehme ruhige Lage.

Zimmer sind zumindest für drei Personen etwas klein. Frühstück war für unseren deutschen Geschmack etwas zu süß - aber wir wussten das vorher und waren daher überhaupt nicht enttäuscht.

Acceuil chaleureux, Amalie est toujours prête à rendre service et à nous prodiguer de nombreux conseils relatifs aux visites et aux restaurants. Chambre très propre, moderne. Literie confortable, grand lit,, écran plat, grande douche pour deux personnes. L'hôtel est situé tout près d'une station de métro (5 minutes à pied). Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans le chambre. Il est simple mais bon.

Vraiment pour trouver un petit bémol: il n'y a qu'une chaîne FR à la TV!

Posizione eccellente vicino la metro per poter visitare al meglio Roma, stanze spazievoli pulite e moderne, un abbraccio alla signorina Amalia la più bella e gentile imprenditrice di Roma! Voto 10 e lode!

Ambiente molto accogliente, i ragazzi della Reception Antonio e Amalia sono stati molto cortesi e molto simpatici, per qualsiasi cosa potevamo rivolgerci a loro. Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati a nostro agio, c'è stata servita la colazione in camera tutte e 3 le mattine, colazione molto ampia con cornetti, sfogliatelle, latte con i cereali, caffe, fette biscottate, brioches.. una colazione davvero perfetta e molto romantica.. La camera sempre calda, letto confortevole, bagno con doccia molto ampia.. tutto molto pulito e ordinato.. consigliatissimo per la cortesia del personale e soprattutto se si vuole soggiornare per pochi giorni nel cuore di Roma, la città più bella del mondo.. Situato nel quartiere Prati, quartiere tranquillissimo dove di notte non si è mai sentito nessun rumore.. A pochi passi dal Vaticano e dalla Metro di Ottaviano per potersi muovere in tranquillità.. e anche x chi arriva in macchina la zona è ricca di parcheggi dove poter lasciare la propria auto.. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva :)
