Friendly staff and comfortable room. Wonderful location on the Lake and only afew minutes walk from the main town. Close to main line railway Milan-Venice and buses. |

Friendly, helpful, polite staff. The hotel was very nice and we had a lake view room that was nicely furnished with nice touches like robes and slippers provided. Very close to the harbour and shops without being noisy. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. |

The closeness to the water and the big terrasses with a beautiful view. One of our 4 rooms were situated on the backside. The two ladies there did not sleep because of all loud noice. Different cars like garbage being picked up. The other three rooms facing water were very silent. |

great view of lake, friendliness of staff (to kids and adults), closeness to everything (downtown, restaurants, shopping, station). For families with kids it's also great that there is a playground 3 min walking distance from hotel, also carusell and little train and scooters. Gardaland can be reached within 25 min (15 min to train station; 10 min train to Peschiera). 5 min to walk to supermarket (inexpensive). 7 min. walk to boat tours to everywhere on the lake. This is the perfect location for someone without a car. Can do so many things in the area. My kids (6 and 9) love to swim and play in the lake right next to the hotel. Pool is great, too, but the kids can't stand in it (must be swimmer or closely supervised). Just a very minor thing: There is a large video/DVD/books collection in the hotel for free borrowing, but nothing for kids (and most in Italian). Some DVDs/books/games/videos to borrow for kids would make this an even more perfect family hotel. |

Nice hotel in good location - only a couple of minutes from the centre. Stunning view from the breakfast room. Friendly staff. Good little pool by the lake. Paid extra for a lake view but had no balcony and I would expect better air conditioning for the price. |

good location 5 min. from the the center by walking,good staff and they was so helpful,good breakfast too if you took the executive room lake view like me its not just lake view your are in the lake great location and good pizza resturant in 100 m. away the street view room (standard room) in another building and no good view there |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is on the lake and has nice views from the dining room and outdoor bar. Only a three minute walk to main shopping and restaurant areas, dock to boats that take you around lake. |

The exceptionally helpful and efficient staff. Our room was very spacious with a large terrace overlooking Lake Garda. It was situated in the quieter part of the busy town of Desenzano but was convenient for the station and ferry terminal. |

The view from our room was amazing. The pool was relaxing and very clean. The hotel was in a perfect location away from the noisy high street but within its walking distance and close to the ferries. It is also just about within walking distance of the train station but only if you have a weekend bag. |

Great hotel, helpful staff, room fab, good pool, excellent food. We will stay agin if we go to garda. 5 minute or less walk into town. easy parking at hotel Tiny thing...pool side bed mattresse "thin". But bar was close and drinks arrived so what the hell!1 |

The position of the hotel was perfect, with lovely views across the lake and a short walk into the town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast served each morning. |

Beautiful location right on lake Garda. Room was spacious with a balcony, albeit a bit noisy facing the road. Breakfast room overlooking the lake. Beds too hard for my taste |

Estremamente pulito e ben arredato e accessoriato. Posizione in fronte lago eccellente. Colazione ricca e allestita in una bella sala con grandi finestre (pulite!) proprio fronte lago con vista meravigliosa. Camere silenziose e bagno degno di un 4 stelle. |
