Well located, good breakfast On the day before our arrival a member of our three people group fell ill, so I called the hotel asking if they could kindly change our reservation from a triple to a double room. They said it was not possible as no doubles were available. On the day of check-in though we realized doubles were indeed available, nevertheless we were given and asked to pay for the triple room.

Clean & comfortable with good facillities. Very welcoming & helpful staff. Large choices for breakfast. Dinner avaailable on request (proprietess recommended an excellent restaurant). Decor old-fashioned (a re-furbishment would give 100% improvement). Coffee machine produces awful tasting tepid results.

I spent one night here on a trek across the Alta Via 1 in Valle d' Aosta. Despite being off-season, the most excellent staff of Hotel Etoile De Neige were extremely helpful and friendly during my brief stay. I highly recommend!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. The Valtourneche lifts are a short distance away - you can walk but leave ski gear in lockers at lifts. I found the breakfast to be somewhat Spartan - there is a lack of good source of protein which I feel is necessary when skiing eg other hotels have hard boiled eggs.

Proximité de la station; Cervinia Personnel agréable. Etablissement agréable. au service du petit déjeuner je n'ai pas aimé le café machine, je pense qu'en Italie nous pourrions boire de véritables expresso ou café. Je suis déCu de cela; iI faisait un peu chaud dans les chambres.

Hotel tipico, molto accogliente. Gentilissima e dsponibile la titolare. Camera grande e confortevole (anche il bagno), con un letto comodo e spazioso. Un hotel così carino dovrebbe curare un pò di più la colazione.
