Hotel Etrusca  

It has not wifi in my room ,cuz it's far from the net box.

I stayed one week at the Hotel Etrusca in September 2011 and would recommend it for other budget travelers. Like other small, family-run hotels in the center of Florence, this hotel is in a small apartment building - 3 apartments on the 3rd floor of a 6 floor apartment building have been converted to a hotel. Of the 12 rooms, 6 are en suite, the remaining 6 rooms share two toilets/showers in the hallway. All rooms and the toilets/showers are cleaned every day. The rooms are small but clean, with fairly new furniture (beds, desks and chairs look like they are from ikea). The staff was very nice and friendly, and the location is perfect - in the city center, 5 to 10 minutes walking to the various museums, etc. I am going back to Florence in 5 months, and I will definitely stay at Hotel Etrusca again - it is a very nice and reasonably priced 1 star hotel

The paint on many of the hotel room doors is chipped / peeling, and not all rooms have air conditioning. The rooms without air conditioning do have a fan, however the temperature in Florence in the summer/autumn is very hot, so air conditioning would be nice! This is a 1 star hotel so you get what you pay for. At the price I was able to stay a week in Florence instead of only 2-3 days.

the staff was very very nice and friendly, very very convenient location, we enjoyed our stay very much!

La posizione è molto centrale, comoda alla stazione e al mercato centrale.

L'hotel è veramente brutto, vecchio e fatiscente! Da un hotel con una stella mi aspettavo poco ma questo è veramente orrendo!

La posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Un solo aspetto da segnalare : All'arrivo al check in il 30/09 il ragazzo (di nazionalità non italiana) non sapeva parlare una parola di italiano e non essendo il sottoscritto in grado di reggere a pieno un confronto alla pari con un madrelingua c'è stata qualche piccola difficoltà risolta poi con l'arrivo del gestore. Consiglio di tenere sempre qualcuno in grado di offrire disponibilità a qualsiasi tipo di ospite.

Personnel désagréable, peu disponible, pas de serviettes fournies, ni savon, ni gobelet, trop de bruit dans le couloir la nuit, la porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas bien

La camera era pulita.

Non è un albergo. Il bagno della mia camera non è tra quelli mostrati nelle foto,la doccia era sprovvista della base di appoggio,lo scarico dell'acqua era direttamente sul pavimento e la finestra aveva la tapparella che non si abbassava.Il bagno mostrato nel sito è quello in comune,non quello interno alla camera. Ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano. Mobilia rovinata, la porta sbatteva ogni volta che qualcun'altro apriva la sua. Il televisore funzionava male e c'erano rumori a tarda notte che provenivano dalle altre stanze. Secondo me non c'è un giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo.

A localização. A gentileza da funcionária no momento da nossa chegada.

O ambiente deixa a desejar pra um casal maduro como nós. Muito provavelmente, os jovens não pensem assim... As fotos na internet dão a impressão de ser algo melhor do que é pessoalmente. O ar condicionado não funcionava. O controle remoto da tv não foi encontrado. A pia do banheiro estava entupindo, de manhã cedo não havia ninguém na portaria.
