Staff Doors doesn't lock safety Taking a shower is reaaly difficult..'cause area limited No shampoo no paper towels And so on...
courteous staff, cleanliness
toilet door was only symbolic
The location is great - very close to the station - easy to find. Cosy enough - not many people - we saw some at the hotel - but seldom) wifi worked OK. There was a fridge at the reception - so we could keep water cold etc. Mirella is never at her place but always available by phone - comfortable enough!) Thank you, Mirella)
It was absolutely terrible place I've ever stayed. I think the people can find another place in same price also the owner attitudes was really bad. The room was terrible too.Im not recommending here

Nothing at all...
Actually in Etrusca we didn't saty as they have problem with water. However, we were placed to another allied hotel of them where we had a horrible experience in our short traveling period. The room was old, shabby and dirty with old bed sheet and blanket. There were no wi-fi as offered in the site. No light in the bathroom and so on.
The location of the hotel is good. Close to station, leather market and tourists attractions. Lady at reception was also helpful.
Our room was very small with no airconditioner.
it was just close to the train station and was quiet.
they did not replace the soap and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. The manager was very impolite and shouted several times. She was at the hotel just for 2-3 hours a day!!!! I suggest no one to go to this place. there was not clean as my friend and I were suffered from rash and acne even after 6-7 days.
Our hotel had no water so the owner took us to an alternate one. She was very friendly and made the change not too unpleasant. The Persephone was a very nice alternative. Location farther away and wifi difficult to use but friendly staff and nice room.
Washroom was small
Only the localization.
The room was not so good, doesn't have air conditional and the old lady in the reception wasn't very friendly.
Great location, central and near the train station, friendly woman on desk
It was very basic but maybe we just didn't give it enough of a chance. It was a nice place overall
Hotel (Albergo) Etrusca is a few blocks from the train station which makes it a great base for exploring Florence. Right around the hotel are a million other hotels and the touristy eateries that follow, but they have a fun communal traveller atmosphere because of the sheer number of hotels around. Florence is small, so everything is walkable from here, and the very personable owner Mirella gave us great suggestions for locations to visit. Our guidebook said *don't* stay on via Nazionale, which this hotel is on, but it's positioned on the opposite side of its building so it doesn't suffer from noise from the street below. Mirella was also great about letting us check in early and leave our bags after checking out so we could explore the city more before our train left.
We had just the right space for our travelers. The towels were great! Although the room wasn't ready, we were able to leave our bags. Also, our host was proud of her city.
The wifi was spotty in our room.
The attitude of the old lady is really bad... Sorry to say so , but it really is...
Hotel Etrusca is great located in the centre, not far from anything, great owner lady was really nice and showed us most important things from Firenze. We really enjoyed our time there !
We booked a double room, so I cannot comment on the dorms. It was a cozy room. Very good location, perfect to walk around Florence. The owner was friendly.
No air condition and just a fan. For me it was fine, but my boyfriend found it a bit hard to sleep at night with the sound. There was no breakfast.
comfort. TV, AC not working in the room.
It was good.
The attendant was a bit rude but quite helpful.
Lokation, wi-fi, quite
not so comfortable, but with this price is ok
I like the room but not the bathroom please, it stinks. The location is very good easy access to everywhere.
The bathroom toilet have a strong stinky smell, the shower is d same level of the floor when its wet its very slippery not good for childrens&oldies and the sink super tiny and smelly. The lady ask 2euros for each of us for city tax which is unfair bcoz they're only a 1star hotel. I don't see any free coffee &tea there like in description.and last mosquitoes everywhere.
Staff was very friendly and guided us to go around the coty which was very helpful.
I like how nice she was to us! I like the old lift that she used and the location is amazing.
It is said on the website that the rooms had an aircond and hairdryer, but this wasn't the case. We were not too bothered because it was quite cooling, but it should be taken down off the website because it's very misleading.
The location is good, near the train station, but a little bit hard to find it at first, because the street number in Florence is not in order. The keeper is very kind. She gave us a lot of help. If we go to Florence next time, we sure to stay here~
A little bit hard to find it at first, because the street number in Florence is not in order.
Near center, very clean and comfortable, nice personel.
Hard check in due to closed main gate. Hard check out - lack personel during day.
