Kindness from hotel staff. Really original design. Free wifi connection in common areas. Clean and worth the money. The free chocolate bar as welcome gift was a beautiful surprise!!! |

nothing was too much trouble for anybody, the receptionist even ran up 3 flights of stairs as we'd left our key at reception! |

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean. Although the room was on the main road, you could hardly hear the noise of the traffic. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet (compared to the average Italian breakfast). The roof-terrace with swimming pool was very nice and very quiet. Plenty of parking space. A delicious smell of chocolate when you walk into the hall! |

Cortesia e simpatia del personale, pulizia della stanza, originalità degli arredi. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, buffet della colazione ricco. La zona un po' periferica e l'impianto di climatizzazione un po' "asmatico" (problema risolto tempestivamente appena segnalato alla reception). |

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel war sehr gut, es gab auch jede Menge Parkplätze. Mit dem Bus kommt man direkt in die Altstadt oder zur Mini -Metro, im Hotel fragen nur engl. oder italienisch möglich. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt umbrische Gerichte. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt in einer schlechten Wohngegend, gegenüber 2 Tankstellen, die Autostraße vor dem Haus, daher sehr laut. Unbedingt ein ruhiges Zimmer bestellen. Die Dachterasse mit Pool ist sehr schön, aber leider geschlossen. Deshalb hatten wir dieses Hotel gebucht. |

La disponibilità dello staff la pulizia,la tranquillità dell'hotel sia per la posizione sia per le stanze;inoltre quest'ultime erano anche abbastanza spaziose Semplicemente il fatto che il centro non è raggiungibile a piedi ma si sapeva. |

ho soggiornato solo una notte ma lo staff è stato molto professionale e accogliente, l'ingresso dell'hotel è molto " fiabesco" e mette allegria... forse colorerei di più i corridoi delle stanze che si differenziano molto dall'ingresso... |
