The desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. We thought your restaurant would be open, but it was closed for 2 weeks we were told.. so ....no supper for us but the nice young gentleman on desk duty ordered us pizza. Thank goodness for that because we had no car to go anywhere to eat. We really enjoyed the breakfast, excellant.Evening and night reception desk staff excellant Thank you location if one does not have a car. |

The Etrusco was well located for visits to both Arezzo town centre & surrounding places of interest, just a short Taxi ride to the centre of town. I was puzzled how the Hotel could gain its current star rating without the need to provide restaurant facilities on an evening. |

Most helpful staff at reception who did their best to help us by ordering pizzas as the restaurant was closed. The restaurant was closed causing difficulty on our arrival. |

Es un hotel excelente, el personal maravilloso y amabílisimo. Nos dieron opciones muy buenas en cuanto a restaurantes. Arezzo es una ciudad maravillosa. Está a las afueras de la ciudad y se debe ir con coche pero el personal del hotel explica dónde se puede dejar, hay un parking gratuito a la entrada de la ciudad. Ninguna queja, al contrario totalmente recomendable, y el precio está muy bien. |

L'unica critica che posso fare all'albergo è che la colazione alle ore 9,30 risultava scadente in termini di offerta di prodotti poichè a detta degli addetti I clienti che avevano fatto colazione avevano finito molti prodotti. Vi è quindi una cattiva programmazione dei fabbisogni |

La chambre était à la limite de l'insalubrité! Nous avons dû changer de chambre parce que la première était à côté d'une piste de karting!!!! Le parking est à partager avec les clients d'une station service et est la propriété des logements d'en face! L'hôtel se situe loin du centre de la vieille ville et on doit utiliser la voiture. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel à quiconque! |

Tiene una buena relación calidad/precio. En el hotel te indican muy bien como llegar a un aparcamiento cercano al centro histórico. Se encuentra algo alejado del centro histórico y es necesario utilizar el coche para ir desde el hotel. |

ho apprezzato la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale, la posizione comoda tra casello autostradale e la città, la zona silenziosa, la pulizia . Gentilissima la signora della reception, che ci ha cambiato camera perchè Sky e televisione non funzionavano. Inoltre ci ha permesso di cenare in camera con una pizza, visto che mio figlio aveva la febbre e non poteva uscire. non ho gradito la chiusura del ristorante, l'arredamento della camera e gli accessori bagno alquanto consumati |
