Good English spoken, very helpful staff, giving us tips on where to go for "off the beaten path" sites and food spots. Secure on site parking. Nearby to a fantastic restaurant (quite expensive - but sooo delicious). Easy access to bus to town.

Front desk sold us a voucher for a restaurant down the road (which had fantastic food) but the voucher they sold us did not cover the food options that were shown to us. They said we could chose from 4-5 dishes for 1st and 2nd plate each, with water and a glass of wine included, the restaurant only gave a choice of 3 each and not the items offered when buying the voucher.

The breakfast is great. The staff is friendly.

Ten minute walk to and from airport and easy local bus ride to Florence centre. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

I stayed here for a week to resolve a difficult family situation. The staff was absolutely fantastic-Fabiella and Laura were the most helpful, understanding and supportive staff I have ever met. Truly lovely girls who I will visit again as friends, even if I don't stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is great-close to the airport,shopping and banks, and bus stop right across the street to go into the center. Safe parking (which is a big plus in this city) and quiet rooms. Nearby restaurants. Free WiFi. A comfortable haven during a difficult trip.

Heater extremely noisy, even on the low setting it was difficult to hear the tv. Room cold most of the time, even though the heater was left on low during the whole week, the room just started to warm up the last couple of days of the week.All the hangars and inside the closet were dusty-I had to clean them before hanging my clothes. The little lamps next to the bed were dusty. Fresh towels every day but the bed linens were not changed all week.No refrigerator, but as it was cold outside I left yogurt, food, etc on the balcony. No kettle or way to heat water for a coffee or tea-an inexpensive item that could be provided for clients' comfort. Agree with comment regarding shower mat being slippery. Most of my dislikes are regarding cleanliness.

Staff could not have been more helpful. Location good for catching bus into Florence central. Easy access to motorways. Very good value for money.

Amazingly noisy. The bar area was right next to our room and the noise from people partying and the music was ridiculously loud considering it is a motel! It did seem to stop around midnight but I'm sure the young couple with a small child who checked in just after us would not have been too happy about the noise. Unless it masked a crying child from the rest of the guests maybe?

Staff was very friendly and helpful hints about how to get around the city. They placed bottles in the refrigerator for us to keep cool. The location of the hotel was good, close to the autostrada and close enough to the downtown area by bus. FREE [parking was a bonus

The rooms were very small. Difficult to leave a suitcase open to access our clothes. We were there for five days. The shower in the bathrooms-both rooms leaked water onto the floor. NO caulking around the bottom rail and the drains didn't seem to be working. We advised the desk but no change. Some of the lights did not work or the lght bulb was burned out. On the Sunday, no one cleaned either room-just provided fresh towels. Towels are not of good quality. Had to buy our own in Florence. Bedspread was very dirty and had stains

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Extra small shower and bathroom

It is well located just out of Florence and within 15 mins by bus you're in the city ! Could not complain, it's good value for money.

The shower was pretty small, that's the only thing I can complain about.

Located just a 100m away from bus line no. 35 stop(BIVIO), which takes you directly to the SMN Station and the historic center of Florence in about 15 minutes. The parking is spacious and free of charge which isn't common in this city. The Hotel staff was extremely helpfull - they gave us a free map and marked the most important and worth seeing places in Florence. When we wanted to change the room due to poor WIFI coverage they moved our luggage while we were out in the city and made everything ready for our return. The free wifi works fast(5-7 Mbit), but the reception can be quite poor on the top floor(5th). A great budget hotel overall.

The interiors are not pretty or very new. Had some problems with leaking showerd head, but the hotel staff agreed to change our room without questions. Walls are quit thin, so if you happen to have a noisy neighbour you can hear them watching TV at 2 am. The breakfast was cheap but it was ok for starting your day. The coffee was terrible though(vending machine quality).

The service was amazing! Laura and Mirka were so good to us! We appreciated them so much. They were helpful and kind and went out of their way to make us feel at home. You could not have a better staff!

It was a little out of the way. And the booking site had the address wrong.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing,very knowledgable, friendly, patient and very, very helpful. The room was perfect, very clean and it had everything I needed. Excellent value. I will definitely stay there he next time I am in Firenze!

Wi-fi doesn´t work at upper floors

Very friendly, helpfull and just nice reception and cafe staff. They are ready to resolve any of your problem or request. Very good breakfast, it starts at 7.30, but even leaving at 5 a.m. we were fed with croissants, juice and hot drinks. You can leave your food in cafe refrigerator, there is a special room to iron your clothes. Rooms are simple, but clean. Cleaning is daily. The hotel is very good to spend night or two if you are a car traveller (parking is free and quite spacious), because parking in center of Florence is a challenge. Bus #35 will get you to Santa-Maria Novella station in 15 minutes - bus stop is very close (make sure you go in right direction :))

The hotel is located in not really pleasant location - right under the bridge, so I'm sure you will not use your balcony to enjoy the view or sounds of nature. Also walking in the night can bring you some scary moments. Shower cabin is extremely small. Air-conditioner is working but makes too much noice because it's rather old. Hair-drier is out-of-date and strange, but still it can dry men's or child's hair. If you have long hair - you should better have your own + socket adapter. When you arrive, at first glance this hotel may seem to be a wrong choice, but staff and service will make your staying very pleasant.
