People at desk were friendly

Close to Rome airport. Clean room. Great breakfast. Shuttle to airport for reasonable price.

the front desk person, Veronica, was the most unpleasant, degrading, unhelpful person we had ever encountered. She was demeaning and refused help in all instances. She should not be in a hospitality position. She caused us to lose a great deal of money on a tour because of her advice. She should be fired

It was very close to Airport. Staff were friendly.

Room was modern, spacious and clean.

Very unfriendly reception staff. Customer's interests were not taken into consideration (e.g. no possibility to get something to eat early morning - though many ppl book an airport hotel because they have to leave early again) Airport transfer, though provided by hotel, was overpriced: (5mins/3km) cost 20€ with small van and alltough shared with 3 other groups (each group paid 20€ or even more).

Bed, hygien, rooms, entertainment

Shuttle service expensive and does not usefull

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and the fact that it had shuttle service to the airport at a reasonable cost. Breakfast was good and the folks at reception were great!

The hotel is right below a flight path and the planes are very loud as they pass over head. Thankfully, all air traffic stops at 11 pm, so a good night sleep is possible.

internet wasnt working

The hotel was wonderful... The rooms were.spacious and beautiful... I wish we had found sometuing so perfectly priced nearer Rome or a metro in and out of Rome central be ause we would have stayed there instead... You should advertise more because you have the best hotel for the price and location we stayed in... The location and the ease and comfort to and from aiport was a

would not turn on AC although it was over 80 degrees because it was not yet May 1st, room was horribly hot. Had to sit on toilet sideways due to tiny shower being so close to toilet. Location was not pleasant.

- the staff it is not so kind - it does not mind what the receptionist says, a freight elevator it's not an elevator

Close to airport

We were assigned a very small room with limited ventilation. No air conditioning despite claims of such on web site- no fans. Request for alternate room was ignored the first night, finally got a change that saw us in a large suite across the road

The rooms were clean, and there was wifi which was a plus. Breakfast in the morning was good and staff were nice. Simple accommodation for a stop over.

Would have been cool to have had help getting there from the airport rather that pay 25 euro.

They say there's a airport shuttle. We called two hours before we arrived in the airport and the staff told us to call when we arrive and when we did the drive was occupied so they told us to take a taxi that would cost us the same money, well the taxi asked for 30euros and the shuttel was 10euros total. It was really upsetting. So if you'r booking this hotel cause you have a early flight and you dont wanna rush in the morning better to stay in rome city center and catch a bus/train straight to the airport in the morning.

The location was close for our purpose.The staff was nice, the breakfast was at a good time, (6:30 am) very clean.The staff accommodated to our needs.

The fact that when we had to open our window open a bit because it was hot, there were three people talking up a storm.They got the message to be quiet, and left! When we needed the computerus we had to stand. A small desk with a chair could easily fit in the front lobby.

it was good located in regards to the airport. The staff was helpful and their shuttle service both to airport and Rome work prefect for our needs. Small comfy room with very comfy covers - and most important good wifi :)

the coffee in the breakfast bar - automated coffee in Italy it just sad

Airport shuttle is not free. For an early flight we had to pay an additional 20 euro for two people.

everything was fine - we wanted a place close to the airport to spend the night before catching an early flight, so this worked out well.

on line said airport suttle, but actually they contract out for this and you had to schedule in advance and paid for it. No AC

Location is near the airport around 10 minutes by car. Internet access connection is good and free,

Room is a little small. Bathroom has no door

Didnt have any availible extra sheets in the room. It was cold. The resepsionist didnt understand that much english.

I had to pay 10 Euros from a "Taxi" that came to look for me and 10 more to go back to the Airport, therefore it was much more expensive that others without that "service".
