The fact that it was so quiet yet near to Fiumicino Airport. I much appreciated the lift as I find stairs a little difficult. Also the efficient shuttle service. |

Reception girl very kind. She offered even to bring my luggage to the room... She's been very kind in giving all the info I requested. Room was very huge (a sort mini flat with kitchen...that anyway I didn't need). Internet connection not incuded in room price. This is no more acceptable now. Position of the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere even if only 10 mins from the airport |

The staff were very helpful. The room was small but comfortable. Excellent bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was pretty good. They had inexpensive internet access which was free for brief usage. The 15 euro airport shuttle fee was per room, the same for 1 or 2 passengers. It seemed high as I remember somewhere on the internet, it being advertised as 6 euros. Difficult to get in to centro from the hotel. |

Reception staff very helpfull Room 108 where we stayed was OK, but warning to persons suffering from claustrophobia. It is very smallthe only window to the outside is 4mts High and 1.5Mtr By 40cm. |

This conveniently located hotel was very clean and resonably priced. The decor was new, modern and comfortable and all the staff that we encountered were friendly and courteous. It is also located close to the sea and great restaurants. Lastly, the breakfast room was greatly appreciated and had wonderful, selections.. |

The airport schuttle intended was not available. I lost money on breakfast in that I had a 4 am pick-up, NO discount by hotel. Shower was worst I encountered in 3 wks in Europe. Room was mediocre. |

hotel was clean and quiet We were not informed prior to our stay that a fee was charged for the shuttle service. We had not accounted for this fee in our budget. For the two of us, the extra 60 euros in shuttling made the hotel a poor budgeting choice. |

The staff on the reception one male from Equador and a lady who was a local were excellent. The cost of the airport shuttle was 15euros, while the fair in a taxi was only 8 euros, |

Very convenient to the airport and very clean, comfortable rooms - qttentitive staff (in many languages) and close to restaurants 2 items - one, the internet connection available was faulty, overpriced, and not usable for the e15 (supposed to be 24 hours but good for 2 hours only - a ripoff) and the locale is very industrial and seems to be somewhat "seedy" |

A very reasonable hotel. Good value. Quiet. Given the proximity to the airport 15 Euros for a shared van back to the airport seemed a bit excessive. Though not as excessive as the 20 Euros charged by the taxi from the airport the night before. A 5 Euro charge for a shared van would have seemed more reasonable. |
