I realized that the bed sheets are the used one. They had not changed the sheets at all.
24 hour check in Large clean rooms Large selection at free breakfast Helpful staff
Noise from air conditioning Lack of decent coffee at breakfast Interior of rooms a little shabby in places
We only stayed a single night it was a very satisfying experience. High recommended! Great breakfast.
the room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpfull
the tv would not change channel, there was no clock in the room,
clean, close to the airport
Strong noise most of the night outside our windo
Basic room but very spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Close to airport. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed was enough for 2 children. Decent sized bathroom with hairdryer. Close to a few decent enough restaurants and not too far at all from airport. No aircraft noise after 10 pm.
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. At breakfast , the kitchen had run out of a few things at 9.30 and breakfast was on until 10.30am.
Handy for airport; 'suite' was ok for a family of 4
Wifi was very poor; charge for shuttle to airport was 25 euro which was excessive - used park & ride nearby and cost was 10 euro
Close to the airport. Have a shuttle that goes to/from the airport (limited hours). Nice breakfast included. Good value for money as I had to fly out the following day. Staff were very friendly and allowed a late check-out as my flight was in the afternoon. Highly recommend staying at Euro House Rome Airport
Didn't respond to my email regarding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Because of my late flight, taxis in the direction of the hotel were very limited and try to rip me off.
Excellent for an overnight stay. Very helpful staff and excellent shuttle service.
Despite a good looking at first view the breakfast is indeed made of very low quality products.
There was a problem with the toilet door. it could not close.
Wifi was too week and even not reachable nor operational.
Close to Airport / Very clean and value for money
Airport transfers charged by the hotel is very expensive - 15 euro / way / 2 persons for just 5 minutes drive. We have booked a minibus online for just 5 euro / 2 ways / person.
When I finally got there, the area was nice - I could walk down some quiet streets to a grocery store and a really nice restaurant. Breakfast was very nice. Room was small but very comfortable and quiet and the air conditioner worked well.
I couldn't find their shuttle and I couldn't reach them using the phone number I had. They later told me I had dialed it wrong, but I reached every other Italian number I dialed with no problems. Their shuttle is not where the other shuttles are, so I ended up getting ripped off by someone who told me he was a taxi driver.
Situation near to the airport.
Cost of getting a taxi into town
We were able to accommodate ourselves and our grand daughters in the double room.
The cost for a mediocre room for four people (us and our two grand daughters) was $289.00, the location was far away from most of the restaurants, the desk clerk pushed the restaurant the hotel owns and was not helpful about suggesting other restaurants, the wifi didn't work in the room, the cost for the shuttle the next morning was $50 US and the airport was less than 10 minutes away and the shuttle driver didn't drop us off at the right terminal.
-Affordable -Clean -Shuttle provided to the airport (I left at 5:45 am, so this was a must for me)
The shuttle was 15-20 euro, a bit pricey for the hotels main selling point. Maybe I'm just cheap, lol.
The charge going to the airport is pricey. It would have been cheaper to just call a cab. The driver who shuttled us to the airport was careless with driving. He hit a parked car and took off. He did not even helped us take our luggage out. Otherwise, it would have been ok.
Clean bathrooms, close to airport, airport shuttle that started at 4am (meaning we could catch our early morning flight)
Great breakfast buffet and very close to the airport. Nice little restaurant in front of the hotel, also. Cons were no wifi in the room, and shuttle service to/from airport was €15/per two people, each way. Also, balcony door was broken so couldn't be accessed. The lift did work so it was good for older travel lord. Overall, it was fine for one night.
Breakfast was very plentiful with nice selections.
1. Guest should NOT have to pay for hotel's shuttle. Had we known there would be an added expense of 65 euros we would have stayed at one of the hotels at the airport. 2. The Reserved room was for 4 adults, main bed was comfortable but sofa bed was small, uncomfortable and it had inclination on the foot area making a imposible to sleep in it. This room should not be charged as a room for 4 adults!
Excellent as a departure overnight stay. Shuttle available for transport to the airport which helped immensely.
Booked a "2 bedroom suite" for 1 couple + 1 adult but it was only a hotel room with no doors between the "2 rooms" and access to the bathroom was only through one of the rooms.
