Strong noise most of the night outside our windo
Despite a good looking at first view the breakfast is indeed made of very low quality products.
There was a problem with the toilet door. it could not close.
Wifi was too week and even not reachable nor operational.
Close to Airport / Very clean and value for money
Airport transfers charged by the hotel is very expensive - 15 euro / way / 2 persons for just 5 minutes drive. We have booked a minibus online for just 5 euro / 2 ways / person.
When I finally got there, the area was nice - I could walk down some quiet streets to a grocery store and a really nice restaurant. Breakfast was very nice. Room was small but very comfortable and quiet and the air conditioner worked well.
I couldn't find their shuttle and I couldn't reach them using the phone number I had. They later told me I had dialed it wrong, but I reached every other Italian number I dialed with no problems. Their shuttle is not where the other shuttles are, so I ended up getting ripped off by someone who told me he was a taxi driver.
Situation near to the airport.
Cost of getting a taxi into town
We were able to accommodate ourselves and our grand daughters in the double room.
The cost for a mediocre room for four people (us and our two grand daughters) was $289.00, the location was far away from most of the restaurants, the desk clerk pushed the restaurant the hotel owns and was not helpful about suggesting other restaurants, the wifi didn't work in the room, the cost for the shuttle the next morning was $50 US and the airport was less than 10 minutes away and the shuttle driver didn't drop us off at the right terminal.
-Affordable -Clean -Shuttle provided to the airport (I left at 5:45 am, so this was a must for me)
The shuttle was 15-20 euro, a bit pricey for the hotels main selling point. Maybe I'm just cheap, lol.
The charge going to the airport is pricey. It would have been cheaper to just call a cab. The driver who shuttled us to the airport was careless with driving. He hit a parked car and took off. He did not even helped us take our luggage out. Otherwise, it would have been ok.
Clean bathrooms, close to airport, airport shuttle that started at 4am (meaning we could catch our early morning flight)
Great breakfast buffet and very close to the airport. Nice little restaurant in front of the hotel, also. Cons were no wifi in the room, and shuttle service to/from airport was €15/per two people, each way. Also, balcony door was broken so couldn't be accessed. The lift did work so it was good for older travel lord. Overall, it was fine for one night.
Breakfast was very plentiful with nice selections.
1. Guest should NOT have to pay for hotel's shuttle. Had we known there would be an added expense of 65 euros we would have stayed at one of the hotels at the airport. 2. The Reserved room was for 4 adults, main bed was comfortable but sofa bed was small, uncomfortable and it had inclination on the foot area making a imposible to sleep in it. This room should not be charged as a room for 4 adults!
Excellent as a departure overnight stay. Shuttle available for transport to the airport which helped immensely.
Booked a "2 bedroom suite" for 1 couple + 1 adult but it was only a hotel room with no doors between the "2 rooms" and access to the bathroom was only through one of the rooms.
Great location places to eat within walking and value for dollar
great place to stay close to airport good breakfast shuttle services available on site parking as well
The 20 Euros airport shuttle fee is a rip off for a few minutes' trip. Moreover, it's not a luxury limousine, 7 passengers crammed inside a van that barely have spaces for our luggage. The driver is unprofessional and didn't take us to the right spot for our airline. We had to walk from one end of Terminal 3 to the other end where the check in counter of 5 passengers (the other 4 flied the same airlines) is located.
I felt that the staff were all very professional and so helpful. Room was clean. The staff were very alert to any needs. The breakfast was superb and the waitress excellent. Thank you.
It was close to the airport. Fabio from the reception was very helpful and polite. We got picked up to the local restaurant and service there was very nice. I recommend this place.
Staff, facility was great. Extremely helpful. We arrived late and every attempt was made to provide us with food from a local restaurant.
Location is great for the airport but not the beys for anything else.
Location- about 5 mins by car from the airport. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Wi-fi connection is not good in the room
No tea/coffee making facilities in room, nor available in hotel. Remote location. Albeit near airport, it costs €20 to get a taxi - no public transport.
Location Friendly and helpful staff. Well appointed accommodation - beyond expectation Wonderful staff at the restaurant Proximity to the mouth of the Tiber...an international attraction in itself - you could make promotion out of this Seafoods as a consequence.
Clearer description for the foreigner on where the shuttle will pick you up. I was looking for a green bus sign for the pick up point (on ringing the hotel); the receptionist was talking about a green Calvita olive oil advertisement. OI thinlk all this should be more explicit on your website.
