The lift was awesome, never imagined that kind of lift would be there in this budget friendly hotel. Everything is close by. In a night where I starved, I can easily walked down below 10 minutes to get some foods. Hoping into the public transportation was easy due to the near distance, both the Metro and the fascinating old line 1 Tram. Wifi was fast even though I had to ask first due to small problem earlier. A bit hard to notice for the first time since the door was small and no particularly noticeable signs.

Horrible hotel. I have never seen such arrogant hotel staff anywhere in the world. The receptionist was very rude. Our check in was delayed and the receptionist told us that it was not his problem and we could leave and go to any other place to stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Euro Inn should get rid of its receptionists (both the one in the morning and the one in the evening) and hire someone who is polite to customers.

Cheap and good rooms, bath room in clean condition (depends a little bit on the guests), good place near the city, subway tickets are cheap, subway station nearby (5 min to walk). The cleaning man was very friendly and helpful. The morning service could be quicker (the coffee arrived after finishing the chocolate croissants) but acceptable for that price. Not the most silent rooms, but was ok.

The price is reasonable. Location is good. Well connected with tram (just 100 meters away) and metro (250 meters away). Just two metro stops to central station. Good for shortstay. When we first arrived at 0230 pm, we were informed that we had to wait 20 mins fir the rooms and it actaully took 30 mins. The room was cold. We booked one double and one twin room. The double one was big but lack of good heating. The bathroom water was not so warm. They accept both cash and card payment, but if you pay with card you have to pay 3% extra. The luggage room is in basement and seems not so safe since its without doorlock. So dont leave valueable belings behind.

It was quite close to the Metro Station Pasteur, the rooms were very warm (which is good since it was cold outside). Very expensive parking places (10 euros/day), the rooms weren't that tidy, the breakfast was very limited (1-2 bread slices with butter and jam).

Stuff is quite friendly, good location and good price Coffee machine didn't work, and "breakfast" is thoroughly horrible, evem a cup of tea wasn't available. Poor hot water supply during mornings - difficult to take a shower, always too cold. Heating didn't work last day. so it was really cold all the night. Not a good place to live during winters. During summers seems to be OK

The location is great, really easy to get to the city center by subway. Part of the staff was really nice. The other part of the staff was incredible rude and couldn't speak good english. Shower was horrible, the water never stayed at the same temperature.

The location of the hotel was in a walking distance of the center of Milan and really close to metro station.. We are talking about the minimum sound proof ever.. The pluming was a band that kept on playing all night long when somebody decided to take a shower.. And you could enjoy any kind of music you like ;)

The room was clean and renovated. In overall ok for a cheap and comfortable one-night stay in Milan. The taxi to Milano Centrale costs ~10 euro which is a useful information for those who want to catch a bus to near airports:) The area didn't seem to be the most safe area of Milan and one of the guys at the front desk was kind of rude at the beginning, but it could be that it is his way of self-defense in this area...

İt is 15 minutes of walk to the Milan Central Station Receptionists are rude and unfriendly and know very little English. Elevator did not work for 2 days and never proposed help, so they are not gentleman also. Breakfast is packaged staff which is not preferable. Rooms were very cold other than nights. And shared bathroom was cold also.
