clean room and comfy bed
Staff was very sarcastic during our check-in. Poor breakfast
good location (close to the main station and public transport) good price clean nice (basic) breakfast well equipped bathroom (bidet, hairdryer)
staff a bit suspicious at the beginning (we wanted to see the room before payment to make sure that it's what we agreed), but then it all turned to be fine the room very basic(ahich is Ok for the price) but I would recommend two glasses for water to be in (a bottle of water should not be a harm either)
The hotel is really good value for money, friendly staff, good location (3-minute walk from the subway, 4 stops from Duomo Cathedral), very clean (every-day cleaning service for free, clean towels every day). Wi-fi connection reasonably fast. Good coffee for breakfast. You can borrowe a corkscrew at the reception :)
Not too tasty breakfast, but they were included in the price - so you cannot complain :)
The room was quite spacious (they changed it to a triple one).
No TV (though I didn't need it, just to mention). Bathroom was not equipped well.
Clean room and bathroom. Walking distance to metro station. Balcony in the room.
no aircond, no TV, poor staff and sarcastic.shower was very small.
Everything was ok except the shower.
The water in the shower all the time changes the temperature by itself (on the 3rd floor).
overall an excellent experience with the facilities provided. Staff are friendly, room is nice. i would recommend this place to all
The only thing iI could mention to improve is the wifi in the rooms. Even though there are wifi signals in the room but gets disconnected sometimes.
The all experience was terrible, please do no try this hotel! They took me 20% of the total reservation even before the check in time and charged me 5€ just to pay with Visa. The staff is really really unfriendly and with me they were been rude. That was raining in my room and i ask for the receptionists help. After saying that he could do nothing about it, i asked for my money back and he told me that I was "sick". The breakfast is terrible, the staff is terrible, the location is terrible, PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!
the room has a balcony
toilet was blocked and it was very noisy. vending machine didn't work and kept my money and staff didn't help.
The staff was friendly. Our room was neat and cleaned every day! The location is OK, at a reasonable distance away from a metro station
Two things could be improved: 1. We were accommodated on the 4th floor and my iPhone was not able to even detect the WiFi network for the 3 days of our stay 2. The total price of the stay was not what was shown during the booking process. We had to pay some sort of a guest tax and an additional charge for using a non-Italian credit card. While that may be fine, it should be included in the description of the offer
The only good think that it is close to the central station.
I would do not recommend to stay in this hotel. First of all, the staff are quite unfriendly, they did not provide any information about the city. It was very cold in the room because they hitting did not work and they did not have warm blankets. So it was very cold during the night? No Tv in the room and the lights did not work in the bathroom
Comfortable rooms, recently renovated.
Electricity in sockets didnt work, only one in bathroom was working. Breakfast was really bad.
Great location (just 6 stops by metro from Duomo), staff was ok not so friendly but still ok, very clean what we really appreciated..all in all everything was perfect (if you dont have noisy neighbours)for couple of days to stay and see Milano for very good price :)
Is ok for 1 night and just to sleep
-Small room -Shared bathroom not really clean
Stayed for 2 nights at Euro Inn B&B, had a double room with balcony and shared bathroom (3 rooms sharing one bathroom) on the 1st floor. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The B&B is close to the metro station (Pasteur) which was a 5 minute walk away, 6 stops to the centre of Milan. Its easy to get to/from Milan Centrale Train Station as well. The wifi was really good. If you just want a place to stay for a few nights while visiting Milan then I would recommend Euro Inn B&B.
The staff came across as quite unprofessional and sometimes rude, like they didn't want to be there at all. The breakfast was very basic and could be improved significantly but I guess its better than nothing. A bath mat would be a good addition to the bathroom as the floor got wet very quickly after a shower.
We had a private with share bathroom (3 rooms for the 1 bathroom), with a balcony. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. The location is close to the metro station, you can walk to the train station, and close to many restaurants. The free breakfast is simple with croissant, dry bread, butter, jam, nutella, juice and fresh coffee.
The suggestions: Add some hooks for clothes, towels, and soap for the shower. Note: for the section of 3 private rooms we were; If you are a big man, or have an over weight, you wouldn't be able to get into the shower; there is a space of about 30cm to get in.
The staff we met was actually quite nice and helpful so we dont recognize ourselves in some of the other comments here. We even got breakfast next morning which we didn't expect since we were one hour late or so. Other than that the place was clean.
The facility double charged me on my credit card even though we had to pay cash up front. Had to wait almost two weeks before this "reservation" on my card went back.
I was a solo traveller with my own room and own bathroom. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful (i.e they printed plane tickets for me). The hotel had an elevator. The hotel was close to public transport.
Even though breakfast was included, all I got was a croissant. Very disappointed. Also there were several other days where they had run out of croissants and all you got was a glass of water.
The staff was better than excellent as was all the hotel. The quests were also friendly. A really good atmosphere to the place.
Watch out for the spring mattress and the breakfast is coffee and cousoins but not always cousoins.
Location: near to metro station Room with balcony
Location, price, facilities, breakfast, clean.
I arrived at 3 am from the airport Malpensa with wife and two teenager kids. Everithing OK at the chekin, but when we entered the bedroom, the four person bedroom booked was only for 3 persons (one couple and one single bed). I went to reception asking for some help, the man told me that there had been a mistake but he could not do anithing at that moment, the next day they would solve the problem. So, we had to sleep 3 in one bed with not even an extra pillow.
The rooms are big and clean. Hotel is well-situated. It's about 7 minutes by walk from metro Pasteur or Rovereto. It's about 3 metro stops or 20 minutes walk from railway station. At the same time it's on the same line with Duomo (6 stops, but gaps between metro stations are quite small, so it's not far). Wi-fi signal is ok. The breakfast is small but free. There' no much infrastructure around the place, but I can really suggest Roevereto pizzeria near Rovereto metro station. Although the personnal is Chinese, the food is really delicious and quite cheap. Try sea food pasta or pizza.
The hot water in te shower was not always hot, sometimes need to wait. The door was making a sound. The place around doesn't have 24h shops or many cafes
