The staff was better than excellent as was all the hotel. The quests were also friendly. A really good atmosphere to the place.
Watch out for the spring mattress and the breakfast is coffee and cousoins but not always cousoins.
Location: near to metro station Room with balcony
Location, price, facilities, breakfast, clean.
I arrived at 3 am from the airport Malpensa with wife and two teenager kids. Everithing OK at the chekin, but when we entered the bedroom, the four person bedroom booked was only for 3 persons (one couple and one single bed). I went to reception asking for some help, the man told me that there had been a mistake but he could not do anithing at that moment, the next day they would solve the problem. So, we had to sleep 3 in one bed with not even an extra pillow.
The rooms are big and clean. Hotel is well-situated. It's about 7 minutes by walk from metro Pasteur or Rovereto. It's about 3 metro stops or 20 minutes walk from railway station. At the same time it's on the same line with Duomo (6 stops, but gaps between metro stations are quite small, so it's not far). Wi-fi signal is ok. The breakfast is small but free. There' no much infrastructure around the place, but I can really suggest Roevereto pizzeria near Rovereto metro station. Although the personnal is Chinese, the food is really delicious and quite cheap. Try sea food pasta or pizza.
The hot water in te shower was not always hot, sometimes need to wait. The door was making a sound. The place around doesn't have 24h shops or many cafes
Good customer service.
Hot water in the shower changes in to cold water while having bath. This was so frustrating while with kids.
the room is spacious and has a balcony. it is close to the train station. The price is friendly. The staff is very friendly. There is a very good icecreem shop nearby!
We stayed for three nights and found it to be good value.
The main door is locked so you can't get out without a staff member (fire hazard?) The doors are are noisy and are awkward to use The boy on reception is rude
The hotel is nearby Pasteur Metro station and also not to far away from the very Dom Plaza. It is also close from Via Venezzia and Via Buenos Aires, two of the very important shopping street of Milano.
The breakfat was very poor. If the trays was empty they don't refill it if you don't tell that. The arabians staff is verry rude and unpollite, almost naughty. They don't have a city map at the front desk (if you want one ask at the other hotels on Via Venezzia). Is a one of the modest hotel I ever stayed. They don't give you an invoice or bill neader you asked for. Please chose another hotel!
The clerks in the hostel are entirely unfriendly, rude, impolite and impatient. One Indian-looking man was working at the reception and we asked some questions and were told "Why do you keep asking me such questions, go now!" And the breakfast was also very terrible. All in all it was a totally bad experience!
It is pretty close to metro so you can take it straight to central station or to the duomo. Rooms with private bathroom were comfortable.
The water in the shower changed a lot, most of the time it was cold. Breakfast is the same every morning- and it is always only sweet, nothing salty in the menu. We also had a problem with the Wi-Fi.
Budget hotel you get what you pay, no more no less. Very near metro and walking distance to Corso Buenos Aires. Helpful staff.
The smell coming from the toilet.
Good value for money (€30/night for a private en suite with a double bed). Good location, about 10 mins away from Milano Centrale train station by tram or metro. Lots of cheap restaurants and takeaways nearby. The area is a little rundown but safe and vibrant. Very nice decor, very modern and the hotel was spotless. Huge bathroom.
The staff were a little rude, and seemed put out when I asked them for minor things such as to be let out to go and find something to eat (you leave your key at reception if you are going out later in the evening). They also did not respond to an email I sent them about something left in my room.
Very clean, 20 min walk from central station, balcony, price.
Very weak breakfast, not very nice district, windows to street so room was very noisy.
Good location, pretty close from 2 metro stations. Perfect for a transit in Milan for one night (clean and cheap, but mattress not overly comfortable). Can leave your bags for the day there after checkout so that was convenient. Overall, good value!
Half the staff was nice/helpful, the other wasn't. Terrible wifi, could only use it sometimes in the lobby.
Bedroom, Quite near the Metro
The staff members were the rudest, most sarcastic staff imaginable, We did not feel welcome at all, Shower was very small
Clean, high quality bathroom, clean room, space age lift.
Double bed was missing two slats on one side. Fortunately we had requested a twin room and there were two beds, so we didn't need half of the double bed. The room was incredibly hot - possibly keep the shutters shut during daytime to reduce solar gain before new guests come in? Ideally a ceiling fan or air conditioning.
- unpleasant staff - poor breakfast - bad room service
Close to Milan Central Station and Metro stop.
1. The Hotel doesnt have a proper name plate - very difficult to identify. 2. They charge more on credit / bank cards and give no bill or receipt. 3. The breakfast gets over in no time and you are asked to come later and check for it. 4. The double bed is actually a single frame with a double mattress overhanging. 5. The room is very small just accommodates the bed and has no place to keep a suitcase. 6. The walls are thin and the place is noisy.
The room was big and clean. (for 3 guests) Every day the towels were changed. Good location (10 minutes on foot from central railway station). You can also use metro station near the hotel (5 minutes).
There was a cafe or little restorant on the street near the hotel. The owners were not Italian. I think they are from Puerto Rico or somewhere from latin america. At neight from saturday to sunday thay celebrated something - birthday or wedding, i don't know exactly. It was awfully loud because of their music, shouting and screeming. The staff said that it is a holyday and they can't do nothing. When i came to that cafe to asked them to be a little bit quite, they can't understand me because they were terribly drunk. So at neight before my depature I dreamed that I'm dancing salsa...
The bed was really comfy. Shower was ok.
Poor breakfast. Not welcoming staff.
- Near to metro or just walk to Duomo - Good rooms - Breakfast was good - Staff was kind
- It was no wi-fi... worked 1 min and then 5 not...
The room and room cleaning
The front desk clerks sleep by nights, so if you will come after 1 am, it would be challenge to get in... Also the breakfasts are very poor....
Good location (close to the metro station), nice and clean room, breakfast included.
Supposedly two hotels in one building and little misunderstanding about place for breakfast.
no A／C。no fan
Nice big room, with balcony
Staff, staff, staff. Never experienced such unfriendly service, does it hurt to smile or say good morning?
