Stay at Art Mary for its convenient location just behind Rome’s Termini train station, as well as for its helpful staff. Family-run, this bed and breakfast provides comfortable, affordable rooms.
Score from 134 reviews Good

no caption that new to the place or tourist must ride in TAM Bus at the airport and must be specify that hotel is opposite side and no visible sinage in the hotel itself.
Veey close to Termini station, clean, friendly staff.
Very cental location,friendly staff,clean.
- Air con - Location (very close to the train station) - Clean - Great price - Secure premises - Very quiet
- Location (Too close to the train station the neighbourhood isn't the best!) - The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together - The breakfast area was tiny
it is only take 5 mins walk to termini! The staff is very nice~
The hotel was in a block of flats
the breakfast is only packaged croissant!!!!!!!!!! The room and toilet are very very small. The hotel is a one storey in a building where you can smell nasty odours.
Location is directly across from Termini Station, so it is ideal if you don't want to have to walk far with cases. Chinese lady working there was welcoming, and seemed to spend alot of time cleaning the place. Free Wi-fi
Not on a great street, main entrance is not very welcoming, pretty dodgy looking. Area for Kitchen is very small & rooms are basic but do the job. Shower is very small, with a shower head that doesn't really stay on the wall, awkward to say the least.. You are in Rome after all & wont get accommodation for the same price anywhere. Rooms itself are fine, but the entrance to the building is very grubby.
The room was very clean, and the staff very welcoming and gracious
the location was very bad, close to the central train station with many immigrants and homeless....
Hotel is very close to Roma termini. Staffs are friendly, Chinese language capable as well.
Noisy as near main road. Breakfast so so.
close to Rome Termini
street noise, bed hard
Close to the metro
It was in a rough area and the breakfast
location in a run down dodgy place. breakfast was rubbish.
Location, opposite to Termini Station, very close to City Centre Free WiFi
The cleaning standards are far from being poor, it's the worse place ever, the bathroom is horrible, weird smell, dust and dirt are everywhere. Do not be mislead by the photos, the furniture is not new. The beddings are old and ripped off. I refused to have breakfast just because the kitchen was extremely dirty and smelly, it makes you sick. Honestly, I don't understand how they claim that they're "cleaning" the place as it's disgusting, far from the normal standards. The breakfast is mainly one or two types of pastry, which are not from that day...do not try unless you're really hungry. The location is a little dodgy in the night time, avoid coming back late! It's also very noisy and the bed is really hard and uncomfortable.
+nice rooms, free wifi +breakfast (we got it one morning and not another it was at different times we weren't aware of) +let us use her printer (but it had no ink :S) +some staff members are very nice
-location: very shady area -kind of stingy operation -dont speak english so it was hard to communicate
Room is nice, clean, comfort, staf were very helpful. Location is the best.
Breakfast menu just have croisant, tea and coffe, need more variation.
welcaming and friendly staff... very good location near to central metro/train area...
smelly and old room, no value for money...small wc and smelly... very poor breakfast
The room is clean and comfortable. We had a good chat with the friendly host during our stay. Breakfast is pretty simple with pastry and coffee only but we are good with that. Hotel is close to Roma termini which is very convenient to every where. It's within walking distance to most of the tourist spot.U can get the bus directly to airport right opposite the hotel location.
The place is ill-lit during the night and the room is facing the main road so quite noisy.
The Landlady was very friendly. Good "italian" breakfast. Flat screen TV, free WiFi. Clean bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Hotel is close to Termini station and close to some tourist attractions.
Very good locatio-next to Termini station.Very cleen room with new style furniture.
The situation of the hotel is quite convenient - you can go by feet to every tourist sight (for example, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the Vatican city). The hostess was very friendly, she tried to help us with everything. The room was clear and comfortable. We're looking farward to come back there.
The hotel is located in a bad area of Rome and actually it's a big appartment, with 6-8 rooms, at the second level of a block building, next to Termini train station. There is no visible sign outside, to make it easy to find, only a metalic plate next to the intercom at the building entrance.
