L'accoglienza della reseptinist,la posizione strategica vicino alla stazione.

Sruttura all'interno di un palazzo un po squallido..camere con l'essenziale per pernottare poco confort..ideale per chi ha un buon spirito d'adattamento.

Le camere sono pulite ed accoglienti , con un televisore con schermo piatto, il bagno piccolo ma confortevole.

Camera a 2 letti, il 3° letto aggiunto impediva l'apertura dell'armadio,il materasso era troppo basso quindi un po' scomodo. Euro Star aveva la prenotazione per una camera a 2 letti mentre con Booking io avevo prenotato una camera a 3 letti. Con Euro Star ci ha concordato uno sconto, la prima notte abbiamo pagato per 2 persone. Comunque nel complesso il giudizio è positivo.

Hanno tentato di entrare in camera per tre volte nel mezzo della notte. Molto spiacevole...Evidentemente qualche cliente ubriaco si sbagliava.. Il problema è che ci deve essere del personale che abbia la possibilità di intervenire in questi casi. Schiamazzi in camere attigue alle 6 del mattino....

The lady at the front desk was very helpful, we once forgot our keys in the room and we woke her up at 3:00 am to open for us. She uses to make us good coffee everyday in the morning.

Lack of English in Staff. The location is right in front of the Termini Stazzione, so it is just good if you will go there a lot , I.E. travel a lot. We did not so we did not like the location as at night it was a bit shady and a bit far from the historical center. However the price was the reason behind choosing the hotel, as other nice hotel in the center are almost double what we pay. I also did not like the fact that there is and Asian restaurant close to the hotel so the smell was not pleasant at all. Note: the hotel is like a big flat with several room in a building floor.

I loved the area , around you have access super easy to public transportation , is easy to find and there are many stores around where you can buy food, drinks ..and many other things at low prices.

What I didn't liked was the fact that the rooms were not that clean nor the bathroom. Another weak point was the breakfast - they have just one table , they serve you a coffee and 1 croissant ...each morning the same thing ..which is not that ...pleasant.

Extremely bad, very smelly. It was actually in a resident building with other apartment. I would not even stay in this place for free. We actually had to pay the one night as a cancellation fee. This is simply a rip off!

He staff doesn't speak english very well, but they tried to help us every time; good staff, the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit poor, but coffe it was good

It is a floor in an apartment. The entrance at the apartment is frightful (full of strange people. The lift is very old and very small.the staff speaks Chinese and little English only. The smell in the apartment is not good.

Close to the railway station so that we could transfer from Napoli to the airport without having to take our luggage too far.

Could nt have access at 12 noon as advertised. Told continental breakfast would be available at 8am but it wasnt.

Just stayed at the Euro star for 3 nights following a cruise. The location was excellent for what we were looking for (Termini Station was right across the street). The room and the bathroom were small but we expected that and it served the purpose. We we were only there to sleep and shower after touring the city all day. Not recommended if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room. We arrived early so our room was not ready yet. The lady gave us water and had us sit and wait while she finished cleaning our room and we were able to check in early which we really appreciated.

The staff did not speak english - However, we were able to communicate enough to get by. The lady appeared friendly and she was eager to help us get in and out with our luggage. The breakfast was not very good but there are lots of restaurants very near by to eat at anytime of the day or night. Beds were not very comfortable eigther.

This hotel is right at Rome's Termini train station, many buses from both airports (FCO and CIA) stop here. The Colosseum is about 15 mins on foot. The hotel is on the 2nd floor of a nicely renovated house; rooms are very clean and equipped with everything you need - sat tv. wifi, airconditioning. Nice Chinese decoration on the walls. Staff is very friendly. Good value for your money. Look for the orange-blue Chinese billboard on the house!

Γενικά ήταν πολυ καθαρό και η κυρία που το εχει αρκετά εξυπηρετικη!

Αν και καθαρό δε θα το συνιστούσα εξαιτίας της περιοχής η οποία ειναι γεματη αστεγουσ και μυρίζει πολυ άσχημα!!το πρωινό μόνο πρωινό δεν ήταν....καφές και κατι ξέραμενα κρουασαν!

Estuvimos 4 dias la verdad que nos sorprendió mucho. No esperabamos que estuviera tan bieen, pues comparando con otras habitaciones esta nos salia mucha mas barata. El hotel en si es un planta de un edificio justo delante de la estación de termini, que aparte de esta estación está muy bien comunicada por dos estaciones de metro cercanas y una de bus. Nosotros ibamos con miedo porque llegamos a las 9 de la mañana cargados de maletas, y la chica (una mujer china que no habla castellano, algo de ingles e italiano, aun asi no fue dificil entendernos) nos dejo guardar hasta que pudieramos utilizar la hab. y además nos la dejó lista a las 11 o un poco antes. Para lo que la queriamos nosotros nos sobró, pues solo ibamos a dormir. La hab tiene un cama comoda, sus mesitas de noche, armario, ducha, secador, toallas limpias cada dia, tv tdt, wifi... La aconsejo para la gente que no como nosotros solo utilizara la hab para ir a dormir como nosotros, que como mucho fuimos un dia o dos a echar la siesta para poder patear la ciudad.

No me ha disgustado tanto porque no se podia pedir mas por el precio, pero el desayuno era normalito, aun asi tampoco me quejo, tenias una sala en el pasillo donde podia tomar cafe o leche con croasanes. Pese a lo poco variado que era el desayuno nos atendio muy amablemente.

Hotel comodo, personal muy atento, en verdad mucho muy atento y demostró que el lenguaje no es una barrera

La ubicación, esta en una zona no muy bonita, que te da la idea de enseguridad, pero al final todo bien

Το πρωινό δεν είχε ποικιλία. Το μπάνιο ήταν μικρό. Κακόφυμη περιοχή.

在一个小二楼上，楼下有很多无业人士闲逛，看着很不安全。晚上临街，很吵。房间也很小。酒店老板是个中国人- ，但却很看不起中国人，一直说日本韩国人好。
