It was easy for us to reach Florence day and night. Staff personnel was kind and helpful to our concerns. There was a kind of smell in the room and i think it was because of the not maintaining the fresh air circulation inside the room. |

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, reasonably large and nice well-conditioned room. Absolutely fantastic restaurant nearby, recommended by the staff. Italian style of breakfast, when mostly sweet things are included. The people who can't eat sweets, cakes, etc. due to health problems remain, in fact, hungry. |

Very friendly and helpful staff, provided a map and directions, and recommended a place for dinner nearby. Is on a busy road, but that makes getting to other places easy. The breakfast isn't worth eating - there is however a fantastic bakery straight across the road and also a large supermarket just around the corner. |

El chico de la recepción es encantador, amable y servicial, te proporciona todo tipo de información sobre como moverte. La ubicación es buena ya que el tren esta cerca y hay un centro comercial justo delante del hotel y un Kebab al lado del hotel con precios buenísimos y pizzas excelentes. La habitación perfecta, amplia y confortable. El lavabo un poco antiguo y el desayuno no es bufet. |

This is a great location. Although it's not 10 minutes walk from the train station like the ad says, it's about 4 by car. And then you can park for free by the station. The train takes you into the heart of Florence in 16 min. The staff is also very friendly and their English is pretty good. They offered us a reataurant nearby, which was really good. The rooms are spacious too. The breakfast wasn' t too great. You get a water boiler with tea filters and coffee in your room, and toast with a choice of honey, jam, or nutella. |
