Efficiency and promptness. Room was impeccable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast varied and extensive.

The price could possible be a bit too costly for a three star.

It's location is perfect for persons using Leonardo DaVinci airport. It is also convenient to excellent seafood restaurants along the Fiumicino docks. The staff is always accommodating; also parking facilities, particularly those adjacent to the room and inside a locked gate, are excellent. We have been using Euro House two to four times a year for the past eleven years and would not consider anywhere else when using the airport.

Convenient to Rome Fiumicino Airport, hotel had shuttle. Modern, spacious room.

A very close to the airport three star hotel.They have their own shuttle and are able to pick you up from the airport any time of day. Very friendly and especially helpful staff. The room was what I expected, clean, comfortable. The breakfast however was amazing, it blew my mind. :)

Hotel offers a really good price comparing to other hotels that are so near to the airtport. Also the hotel taxi makes life much easier, especially when you take into consideration prices of the usual italian taxis.

Breakfasts offers cold eggs and cold sausages (but also vast variety of sweets). Every day is the same. Hotel does not have any restaurant (but there is pizza place and chinese place just behind the corner, restaurant next to the hotel is kind of expensive).

There were two rooms and it was perfect for the family with two teenagers with lots of room to move around. The hotel located near airport and good location for the late arrival of the day. The near by restaurant "Concord" served really good food and wine for reasonable price. The parking was inside of the gate which makes it feel very secure.

The plumbing maintenance quality: shower drainage, the shower head holder, and the shower temperature.

- Very nice staff; good location (near fco airport); good facilities (transportation to the airport at 5am); nice room

- You have to climb stairs to reach your room and it is not very nice when your are full of luggage; the location is only nice if you are going to catch a flight early in the morning because the city is very small and without any charm.

Quality of the accommodation we were eventually given. Breakfast was very acceptable.

Reception Check in: I booked heh Suites and selected the hotel based upon, amongst other things, the visuals provided on the website. The rooms we were allocated on arrival bore no resemblance whatsoever to the website pictures.They were in the main building; small, dark, poorly equipped, smelly and very sub-standard - cheap and nasty looking! The staff obviously allocate these first, or reserve them for bookings made through Booking.com! The difference in the quality of the suites (our negotiated accommodation) was spectacular! Retro-fitted lift system is slow and cramped.
