Close to the airport.
This hotel isn't a 4 star one. The staff was not helpful...maybe a bit rude. The heating sistem in our room doesn't work and they say to us that outside are 16 degrees, and 18 in our room are enough. We asked a packed breakfast because we leaving the hotel at 6 am, but they say that isn't possible. The restaurant next door is very bad with not delicious food . The wifi signal is poor.
Wifi was very slowly. It was cold in the rooms.
No shuttle for pick up. Had to take taxi to airport. Web says shuttle, which we all was free.
We were very disappointed. They didn't meet what they announce on the website (wifi in all rooms) and when we complained, the receptionist and the manager had bad attitudes, and didn't give us reliable explanations. THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM- BIGGER-THAN THE ONE WE HAD RESERVED, BUT DIDN'T SAY THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK THERE. THE BIGGER ROOM WAS NOT TO COMPENSATE ANYTHING, IT WAS JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER AVAILABLE. LATER , WHEN I REALISED THE PROBLEM AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM, SHE SAID THEY WERE TOTALLY BOOKED,AND AT FIRST SAID THAT THE WIFI SOMETIMES WORKED AND SOMETIME DIDN'T IN THAT ROOM, AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO CALL THE MANAGER, SHE REFUSED , AND SAID IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD THAT PROBLEM (?). THE MANAGER PRETENDED HE WAS NOT THERE, ALTHOUGH HE WAS LISTENING THE CONVERSATION FROM THE BACKOFFICE, AS HE WROTE SOME DAYS LATER, IN THE EMAILS WE CHANGED. IN THE EMAILS, HE KEPT SAYING IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, IN A DEFIANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL WAY, TO SAY THE LEAST.
The hotel staff was wonderful. Fabini (hotel staff) went out of his way to help us when we were in a mini crisis with oour airline tickets. All turn out well but much dfue to him. Wonderful stay...would return and was close to airport.
no Internet connection
No shampoo or soap provided in room.
Good room, close to the airport.
The non smooking room has intense smell of cigarets.
the silence and the great facility of the suite.
the mosquitos that we killed inside the rooms, then we were able to get a great sleep.
the breakfast buffet was good and an excellent Italian seafood restaurant was within easy walking distance near the canal.
Didn't like having to pay for the airport shuttle
Help from the staff and clean comfortable room
With in 5 min we had booked the hotel from airport and was at the hotel. There are 2 restaurants next to the hotel and a shop. Cheap hotel and clean.
Stayed for two nights and we are returning in December. Fantastic Hotel and great staff. Fabio greeted us as we arrived and was always happy to help or answer any question we had. He also told us about a restaurant that is affiliated with the hotel, open late, and provided free shuttle service to and from. I will stay here every time I fly from Rome.
I guess I misunderstood the listing. I thought the hotel provided free shuttle service to the airport but I was wrong. Hotel to Airport shuttle is only a value if you're a solo traveler. If your party is 3+ it might be cheaper to arrange a taxi.
Very nice and updated hotel that was very clean.
I was recommended a restaurant that was owned by the same lady ..... Worst dining ever, dirty and my main meal was old and cold!
Fumicino beach, yachtclub & restaurants nice location during the short stay
Close to the airport and therefore convenient for a short stopover. Decent pizza takeaway open after normal hours. some staff were friendly and helpful - others, not so much.
WiFi was appalling - non-existent in our room and only worked outside in certain areas. Airport shuttle only runs at specific times and is not complimentary. If you need to take a cab it's €20 for a 4 minute cab ride.
We stayed here overnight to leave in the morning for the Rome airport. I thought the rooms were even better than the pictures on the website. Very nice, very clean. Good breakfast.
We didn't have a car so you need to factor in the price of taxis to/from the hotel. We landed in the Rome airport and took a taxi to get to the hotel. 20 euro for our family of 4. The hotel shuttle was convenient to get to the airport in the morning but you need to factor in another 25 euro for that. It gets pretty expensive if you do not have a car to get here.
Close to airport, last minute booking.
The cab to the airport is not free. They charge you 15 euros .
When I first checked-in, it was super quick and simple. I got to my room and was pretty happy with what I saw. It was a large two-person suite with modern furnishings and cleanliness. The breakfast was quite nice and delicious.
I opened my laptop to find that the wi-fi did not work in my room. The woman who checked me in said that it was known that the wi-fi did not work in those rooms since it was across the street from the main building. This was a bit unfortunate because the room was quite nice. She said she could move me, and she did. Unfortunately the room I was moved to was not even near the level of quality of the previous room. The furniture was old, the walls were marked (I couldn't even figure out how a raging party could have made those walls look like that), and the "double bed" was just two twin beds pushed together, so I had to sleep on one side. The outlets were broken, and the safe actually didn't open properly and I had to figure out how to force the door to open since it had all of my stuff inside of it.
It was very clean & offered an excellent breakfast bar.
The advertised Wi-Fi did not really exist. It was only available when sitting next to the desk in the lobby. We had booked a room with 2 double beds, had not understood that one of the beds would be a funky pull-out couch.
Location was great for airport.
Easy to book, clean, a/c, spacious bathroom, large bed, close to the airport though not so easy to find your way to and from but this is most of Italy
Coffee at breakfast. As it was our last coffee before flying back I missed the real Italian machine
Had a sliding french door in my room but it wouldnt open.No cash point facility.
It was a quiet room.
Being woken up by the electrician walking in to fix the lights in the bathroom because he had been told the room was vacant.
The staff was very abligeing and very capable. The facility and food were excellent.
It is however farther from the airport than stated in the ad.
