We were very disappointed. They didn't meet what they announce on
the website (wifi in all rooms) and when we complained, the receptionist
and the manager had bad attitudes, and didn't give us reliable
THE RECEPTIONIST GAVE US A DIFFERENT ROOM- BIGGER-THAN THE ONE WE HAD RESERVED, BUT DIDN'T SAY THE WIFI DIDN'T WORK THERE.
THE BIGGER ROOM WAS NOT TO COMPENSATE ANYTHING, IT WAS JUST BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY OTHER AVAILABLE.
LATER , WHEN I REALISED THE PROBLEM
AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM,
SHE SAID THEY WERE TOTALLY BOOKED,AND
AT FIRST SAID THAT THE WIFI SOMETIMES WORKED AND SOMETIME DIDN'T IN THAT ROOM, AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO CALL THE MANAGER, SHE REFUSED , AND SAID IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THEY HAD THAT PROBLEM (?).
THE MANAGER PRETENDED HE WAS NOT THERE, ALTHOUGH HE WAS LISTENING THE CONVERSATION FROM THE BACKOFFICE, AS HE WROTE SOME DAYS LATER, IN THE EMAILS WE CHANGED. IN THE EMAILS, HE KEPT SAYING IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, IN A DEFIANT AND NOT PROFESSIONAL WAY, TO SAY THE LEAST.
