Good hotel for location to airport, and shuttle service to and from the Airport, friendly staff and willing to please the guest. beds too hard we are spoilt Americans, other than that I would highly recommend this hotel for the same reasons we stayed there. |

The staff was extremely friendly, the owner present and overseeing everything, the rooms and set up breakfast were great and everything was sparkling clean. This is a great alternative to staying in Rome, where prices are high, rooms small, dingy, and very expensive. |

the room was always clean and tidy, the shower mixer was easily controlled but the cubicle was abit small,i am 6ft plus. easy proximity to public transport. the breakfast was not my ideal thing nor was the second double bed that was a folding bed.it was permanently fitted into the sofa making the sofa useless. |

Almost nothing viewed online or in brochure applied to our stay. Very Poor. Information stated that the Hotel was 'By the Sea'. The sea is 3 kilometres away. The brochure stated that it was central to Rome Central. The Hotel is 40 minutes away. This was the last night of a 26 night stay in Italy and the only alleged 4 star we booked. It was also the most expensive as we thought we would have a pamper prior to our long flight home. We were most disappointed. The staff including the General Manager lied regarding our room allocation and we found that a litle more attention could be paid to the cleanliness of the furniture. The bed and bed linen were very clean and comfortable. We asked for and had confirmation for 2 x Double rooms with en suites. My husband and I had a fully made up sofa bed in the sitting area which, when I asked for it to be removed, was told that it was a permanent fixture in the room as the mattress was too thick to fit inside the frame. So we had very minimal space. You ask below if we think that the reviews reflect the website accurately and I would say, that yes they do. Ad this was a 4 star Hotel, it was the only review we did not read on Trip Advisor.... More fool us as the comments seen for this Hotel reflect our own. I commented to the desk staff on 2 occasions asking where exactly and in which room the brochure photos had been taken. As they were most certainly not applicable to either of the 2 rooms my husband and I nor our friends booked. The breakfasts were an insult for a 4 star Hotel and remained untouched by us. |

Small aprt style with kitchenette was excellent. Included breakfast was diy coffee, packaged pastries/biscuits and yoghurt. Local bus at door runs hourly to airport. Fiumicino is a poor location except for airport venue. Stay an extra night at your holiday spot instead as the shutte train from Roma Termini station is quick and easy and drops you at the airport. Taxi or private shuttle from local Fiumicino hotels is 18euro or more each way unless you book a hotel with its own transport eg Hilton |

This is a convenient hotel for the nearby Fiumicino Airport nearby, either before an early flight departure or following a late arrival. General cleanliness was very good and, depite being close to the airport, this was a quiet location. Staff helpful and courteous. Directions to the hotel could have been more helpful although we found it without too much hassle. |

we had a very bad experience here it is not near the airport, the furnishings were dirty, the management lied about the cost of many things, threatened not to take us to the airport if we did not pay a telephone charge we did not owe, would not give a wake-up call for same, a gotcha place, the worst experiance we had anywhere, ever. |

Front desk reception was very good. Our room was well below expectation. It was nothing like the photos on your website and brochure. We asked for a non smoking room, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. We had accommodations in Rome and other parts of Italy for far less Euro with more comforts. |

We use this hotel because it is close to Fiumicino Aeroporto Roma when we have an early flight out. It is convenient, comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is not the best for walking or shopping but it is really good value. |

The staff was very helpful in any question we had. I think the staff was probably the best part of our stay. I think that some of the food they left for us was not really that fresh, croissants were stale, no fruit, so we picked up some things for our breakfast. |
