Faviola & Luigi were fantastic. Very helpful and went out of their way to help. We arranged for Luigi to take us to the airport when we were leaving Italy. Would stay there again. Great people.

    Nothing all was good.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is also a few minutes from the airport, so very accessible to travellers. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn't feel like I was getting what I booked - there is NO restaurant, and therefore no room service (should not be a 4*). It is also in a secluded area (with a locked gate), and we did not feel comfortable walking around at night - you need a car to get around, which thankfully we had. We would have preferred something that was within walking distance to restaurants, beach, etc... There is no staff from 10 PM - 7 AM, which is unusual. We were surprised the room was not done before our second night, also something that is normally done in an 'Inn'. I was also disappointed with a shower that leaked large amounts of water (there was a rubber piece missing at the bottom of one of the doors), despite making sure the water head was pointed the other way; their response was for us to put a towel on the floor - not very professional. It might not be fair to compare, but we stayed in a 3* in Tortoreto (Adriatic side), on the beach, for less money, breakfast included. This was disappointing.

We missed our flight due to a delay, and so booked this at the airport last minute. We were very happy with the staff both that evening when we arrived and the next day. These two people made our unplanned stay very pleasant and comfortable. They could not have done more for us! The room was spacious, comfortable with tea service. There was a balcony. It was clean and already cool when we arrived, hot and tired!

    No negative comments.

The Hotel was spotless and most of the staff where very pleasant. The breakfast was also good.

Firstly I don't know why we where moved from our original booking ???? the Hotel was so very basic it had no coffee or tea making facilities, the tv had one English speaking channel and this was cnn news, the Hotel was on a flight path of the airport so most mornings and most nights we where kept awake by aircraft taking off and landing. I was also surprised to learn that another 32 euros was to be added to the cost why was I not told this??? I feel very let down about the Hotel especially when I had spent nearly £600.00 we actually left early as the weather had changed and we did not want to spend another day in a Hotel with no Drink facilities and only 1 news channel. To sum up I am very disappointed and again I would like to know why we where moved frok our original booking ????????????

Liked the local restaurant they took us to as there were no restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly.

Rooms were shabby, not a place to spend time. I would not stay there again. We chose it due to proximity to airport, but I think there must be better choices.

Good location near the airport, very friendly and helpful staff, convenient and clean rooms. We arrived in Rome late at night and needed a double room just for one night, they gave us a room for four persons in the same price. All facilities were working perfectly. We were really satisfied from this hotel, totally recommended if you want a pleasant stay near Fiumincino.

Shuttle bus from the airport could be cheaper, since it is a really short distance (15€ for two persons for a 5minute drive maybe is too much). But in general, nothing important to mention as negative.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel. It was very clean, tranquil garden. Particularity liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff Mathew and Sara and our Brakfast waiters Mohamed and Husein. They were all most kind and helpful. The breakfast was also good with lots of choice as well as the free beverages on tap in the lobby. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. We would highly recommend and should we return to Italy The Euro House Inn Airport would again be our choice.

There was not anything to dislike

This hotel is a little gem hidden inside the suburban sprawl surrounding Rome International airport. Everything inside the hotel is excellent: the rooms are actually fully-fledged one-bedroom apartments, breakfast was the best during our Italian trip when we stayed in much fancier and more expensive hotels in Catania and Naples, and so on. For dinner we were driven to a family owned restaurant (by one of the family members and at no charge) and for 30 euros per person had a meal that would cost at least 60 in a more centrally located restaurant. For an overnight stop on the way home this is a dream. But here is where the catch lies. (see next column)

The hotel is completely isolated and there is absolutely nothing to do not only within walking distance but within at least several miles. A shuttle to central Rome is offered for 50 euros (marginally less than taxi rate) so as a base for exploring or doing business in Rome the hotel would effectively cost (in low season) about 165 euros per night, on par or more with a four star hotel in the city.

It was close to the airport, it was a very comfortable clean room with a separate kitchen, a well stocked mini bar, good water pressure, delicious extensive free breakfast, friendly staff. Things you might not know: you need to insert your room key card into the slot above the red flashing light panel inside your room by the door to get the lights to go on in your room... for wifi access you need to ask the reception person to print you out a ticket with an individual password & username. the long cord in the shower is an alarm NOT the hot water switch...oops Staff was unflustered by a tired English speaker arriving in the middle of the night, the outdoor eating area is very serene. I would go back. Grazie!

    That I couldn't stay longer!

Great location from airport and the bonus of a apartment style accommodation, very friendly and helpful staff. My second stay here in a year and was just as happy.

Larger family room was excellent and was very clean, organised and ready to go for a family of four. Breakfast service was really good too. Quiet room.

The idea of the remote restaurant is ok, but not quite just a 3km drive as advised, and also it felt like a 'drop and run' once arrived at the restaurant as service was slow, even just to greet us and get a drink.

    Nice size rooms and cleanliness

Could not turn on the air conditioning per their rules - the outside temperature was too low but the room was very stuffy and on the first floor so did not feel comfortable leaving the patio door open for air.

The hotel structure is good and the location also, nearby Fiumiccino airport

The hotel management is not good. We are a family with three kids and stayed at the hotel for one night. Unfortunately, the room cooling/heating system was broken and the temperature was extremely high (around 30°C). We were told that no extra room was available and that we would have to stay there. We openned the door and windows, but then the problem were the mosquitos. No hotel manager was there to talk to us. We asked them to wake us up at a certain time, but nobody phoned. In the morning the coffea machine was out of order. Conclusion: could be a good hotel if it would have better management.

The staff were very helpfully in assisting us in printing off our Boarding Pass from the customer computer which is very important for those customers who were taking international flights. We also managed to access our e-mails. Breakfast was very good, a nice selection.

#1 Had requested a room on the main floor when booking, was told (by #Sara) that would be no problem. When I asked there were no rooms #available and had to take a room on the second floor? 2 We would have #preferred using our iPads etc. however were unable to connect to the #WiFI, may need a stronger signal? Although those could be miner things #for some however, could be very important to others.

Lots of space. Airport shuttle service was convenient. Good breakfast.

No restaurant at the hotel, although stated there was. Really smelly matrasses! Floors were not cleaned properly. Airport shuttle was expensive.
