Large rooms,quiet location and friendly service

Would not recommend the restaurant.Good food was spoilt by rowdy and rude group of nine unsupervised children who were sat right next to us.We moved away from the for coffee and still they disturbed us.When we complained there was no apologies just the comment that they were going to speak to one father about the mess they made! We spent £60 and they did not offer us a reduction or free coffee.Dont go near here on a saturday night!

The hotel is located at the outskirts of Verona. If you have a car this is an excellent location (10 easy minutes away from the old city). The staff was very friendly and helpful and they have 2 free internet points. The breakfast is nice. They have quite a large private parking space. The rooms are a bit old but big and clean.

No wifi in the rooms

We stay at hotel Croce Bianca every year on our annual trip to Verona/Gardaland/Lago di Garda. Great location, acceptable quality and really easy access.

We had a four-bed room that proved to be quite spacious. The breakfast was good. Overall extremely good value for money considering that there were four of us. The staff were very helpful and competent.

It is in a rather scruffy bit of outer Verona, as expected. No pool.

All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Free internet point was welcome in a city were any internet points were difficult to find.

Too far outside Verona for non car driver - bus routes infrequent (though the hotel did have very precise times) and return stops quite a distance from Hotel. Noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible.

We have a 20 month old little girl and the play area inside the hotel kept her very entertained, we were also given a single bedroom for our daughter at no charge.

The bathrooms had a funny smell.
