All the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Free internet point was welcome in a city were any internet points were difficult to find. Too far outside Verona for non car driver - bus routes infrequent (though the hotel did have very precise times) and return stops quite a distance from Hotel. Noise from neighbouring rooms was clearly audible. |

The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. They offered a complimentary bottle of wine, printed my ongoing reservations, and let us stay well past the departure time because we had a late train out. |

We have a 20 month old little girl and the play area inside the hotel kept her very entertained, we were also given a single bedroom for our daughter at no charge. The bathrooms had a funny smell. |

Free private parking on site. Hotel was quiet and comfortable with a good breakfast. Easy, short drive into Verona where we parked our car and walked into the old town. |

Hotel was a bit dated but very clean, breakfast was fine, staff could'nt have been more helpful and spoke excellent English. Greathotel to use as a base for sightseeing verona or lake Garda, both within a very easy drive. Hotel walls a bit thin, we had an end room so we only had somebody on one side of us which was'nt so bad. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to several different bus routes. Breakfast was good and the coffee was lovely. Perfect if you don't want to deal with driving and parking in the city. The staff did give us tips on the free parking places in fair Verona. |

The staff is very nice and helpful, the quality price ratio is good. Not so adapted for people wanted to be not too far from the center of Verona, but for business with a renting car it is good. |

The view from the rooms is amazing plus the breakfast is pretty good The hotel is about 10 to 15 mins walk from Lecco town and the restaurant prices in the hotel are laughably expensive |

Excellent service, the staff was warm and welcoming. We felt like home.We checked-in earlier than formal, we were served breakfast even though it was after serving hours. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were simple yet useful. We had a late flight departure, so we had a later check-out without any extra charge. Free internet access. |

The front desk - the friendly helpful staff, very willing and obliging - happy to store our heavy luggage - unusual these days. Lovely generous breakfasts. Pleasant atmosphere. (loved the poodle!) The safe in our room was not able to be used. We did not pursue this matter so maybe it was our fault. The hotel was quite a bit further away from the city than we imagined - also the buses were a bit tricky. |

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is easy to find and not so far from the city. There is a comfortable public transport to the city centre. It could be modernized or at least renovated. |

Lovely gentleman running the hotel was very helpful with all our needs. So much to see in this region we wished we could have stayed longer. Looks quite plain from the outside, but once inside is a clean, quiet very respactable hotel. Quirky old fashioned charm in a vintage car theme. We loved it. |
