Excellent breakfast - plenty of variety,everything you would want from a continental breakfast. Lovely clean room with lake view.

I agree with other reviewers that the staircase walls and carpet need updating as they spoil what is a lovely 3 star hotel.

We liked the hotel, it was clean,spacious and friendly. We asked for a room facing the lake and got it. The lady who looked after the breakfasts was bright,courteous and helpful each morning along with the other staff. Easy walk to ferry terminal in the heart of town. Will stay again on our next trip. Very good.

We liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the hotel. Staff could not have done more for us. I would consider the hotel is very good value for what it offers.

I like the staff and the hotel was very clean

The location on the lake and proximity to shopping and restaurants are great. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection - something for every taste, and they did a nice job refilling.

We got the family "suite", which sounded great.The best we can say about it though, is that it was large. The suite is an old apartment, which is probably used for staff at times.The furniture is randomly thrown together (some looked like garage sale items), some broken/beaten up. The suite is not just old, but badly maintained! The whole apartment had a musky, old smell. It was not clean at all. Dust, spider webs, grimy doors. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge, which was not clean either, and on the counter were still crumbs... View to the courtyard. We only stayed two nights, and otherwise did not spend much time at the hotel, so we didn't complain. We caught a glimpse of a regular room with lake view. It looked nice. They gave us the suite, because we needed a room for 5 people, but we should have gotten two regular rooms instead.

It was nice to see the lake as soon as you go out of the hotel. The family room was just right with a queen sized bed and two twin beds. Hospitality was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Moderate choice of breakfast.

If you need to go to the station, it is a good 15 minutes walk uphill and it's not worth it going by bus cause the circular buses take too long.

The Position of the hotel was excellent

Though parking exist and is free of charge , there might be some diffulculty as parking spaces are small and sometimes the area especially during the weekend might be a bit difficult to park a large car or even a minibus.

Breakfast was ok and staff were friendly. Very hot so aircon appreciated

Dingy old fashioned room, but aircon was a plus.

Loved being right on the lake. The hotel's restuarant serves good food,and was convenient to eat in. The staff were friendly and helpful.The free easy parking is a big plus if you come by car.

If you are a light sleeper,the constant traffic passing outside the lake facing rooms will bother you. You can opt for a room at the back though.

Very clean hotel with helpful friendly staff, only stayed one night on trip around Lake Garda but this hotel was good value for money with on site parking and only short stroll along the edge of the lake to the numerous bars and restaurants. The view of the lake from the bedroom window was a real bonus,

Rather basic breakfast but adequate.

Ligging nabij het centrum van desenzano is prima, je kan er makkelijk parkeren wat in desenzano nog wel eens een probleem is. Verder is het geen bijzonder hotel, meer als 13 in een dozijn.
