Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Location suited our needs and had a nice Lake view. Staff were not friendly and there was no restaurant menu available to view when requested, therefore we did not eat in the hotel. it is nice to view a menu before deciding where to eat. |

Welcoming and friendly,in need of some redecoration, but very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent (traditional Italian) and there was a reasonable selection at the breakfast buffet. There is a busy road outside which was not obvious from checking the web site and regularly a bad smell outside from the local drains! The busy road and bad smell out side. |

Breakfast, location (the beach was just across the street), a couple of computers with free Internet for hotel guests WiFi was not free (5 EUR for 3 hours), our room had no view (just the wall), the shower was fixed to the ceiling |

Fantastic hotel, wished we stayed more than one night. Kids loved the hotel as well as the room had Sky with english tv. Our room overlooked Lake Garda so we had a wonderful view. Beach just across the road from the hotel. Town just 5 minutes walk away. Free parking. Breakfast was good but when things run out the staff do not replace them, this was a problem due to a Polish family filling their rucksack with rolls and croissants leaving the rest of the guests with hardly any breakfast! |

Excellent all round value! Lovely clean en suite room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent with a wide and varied choice and the extra plus was eating it overlooking Lake Garda. Fantastic transport links - boats for lake just down the road and railway about 10 min walk with direct links to Venice, Milan and Verona |

The hotel was well situated across the road from the lake. The rooms were tiny and the internet picture was misleading. However, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast good. |

we opened up the shutters to see the sun glinting on Lake Garda's water - beautiful the great central location meant traffic noise was inevitable - but the windows gave good soundproofing to combat this. It was unfortunate that the air conditioning was just as loud! |

The staff at the Europa made my sister and I very welcome. We stayed at the hotel last year and the family and Emma were pleased to see that we had returned. We had a second floor room with a superb view of Lake Garda. |

Really friendly and welcoming staff in this lakeside hotel. Excellent location for us with just a short stroll from the port and the old town's atmospheric centre with many bars and restaurants. Great boat trips to everywhere on the lake. |

The hotel was in a great spot overlooking the lake and just far enough out of the main shopping area.With the market on your doorstep even better.Bus stops were also close. The hotel and its staff were excellent. A lot to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Definitely would go back here. Our room was quite big and had piped music, beds comfortable. |

The hotel is basic but clean and the breakfast was good and plentiful. A good location for visiting Lake Garda with a local fast train service to both Milan and Venice. There was no Tea and Coffee making facilities in the room. |
