Lovely friendly atmosphere . Large light airy room with character . Right in the heart of the city . A great find .

The location of Hotel Europa is perfect for seeing the sites of Florence. The city is very walkable for the hotel. The staff is welcoming and super to deal with.

Robert and Miriam were terrific hosts! They were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable in their hotel.We would stay with them again if we come back to Florence some day.

Hotel location inside the "no auto zone". Some type of warning needs to be communicated to prospective customers. Because of the zone I will not stay downtown in the future if I am renting an automobile.

Miriam and Roberto were helpful in every way. They make this family owned Hotel a home away from home.

The staff at the hotel make a holiday there a truly pleasurable experience as they are so friendly and extremely helpful, basically they are prepared to go over and above to help make your stay one you will never forget.

Nice staff, good location

entrance lobby from the street is confusing when you see it first. Important to realise it is well into the building before you hit the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location in the middle of the city. The building is a grand old building kept in excellent condition. The owner-operators were always on site, extremely friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English and really made our stay a pleasant experience. Our room was spacious, had a nice view if the Duomo and was very comfortable and secure. We hope to be back to Florence again someday and will most definitely stay again at this hotel.

Il prezzo un pochino alto;capisco Firenze e la posizione dell'hotel,ma non per questo I prezzi debbano essere obbligatoriamente rapportati..scenderei di almeno 10€ visto anche che è un due stelle

Ottima posizione per visita alla citta', parcheggio compreso, ricca colazione, ok qualita' prezzo. lo consiglio

Staff, location, comodità

Situé en plein centre ville et proche de la gare ( 10 min. à pieds). Idéal pour les visites et le shopping. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très grandes.

L'entrée au niveau de la rue n'est pas accueillante : vétuste et sombre. L 'ascenseur pour 1 personne et une valise. Le petit-déjeuner basique, mais normal pour un 2 étoiles. La première nuit, nous étions frigorifiés car aucun chauffage ( premier novembre quand même ). La deuxième nuit, le chauffage fonctionnait mais au stricte minimun (pas assez). Il y avait 2 télévisions: une minuscule et une normale à écran plat. La première ne s'allumait pas et la seconde était bloquée. (Je n'ai pas pris la peine de demander...) D'après vos infos, la chambre avait été refaite à neuf....il y avait des fissures au plafond ainsi que des taches d'humidité non récentes.

Excellente situation à 5 minutes à pied du centre historique. Personnel très accueillant, chaleureux et souriant.

Nous avions une grande chambre pour 3 et la salle de bains était également grande : nous étions tout à fait à l'aise. La décoration au premier étage est superbe. Le personnel nous a bien aidés pour le parking de la voiture (évidemment, c'est cher!) et était dévoué. Le petit- déjeuner était correct.

Nous n'avons pas eu très chaud dans la chambre ( période fin avril)et avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires qu'on nous a fournies.

ロケーションは非常によく、ドゥーモや美術館にも近いので満足です。駅からも距離的には遠くないのですが（- 多分5-600m）、道がまっすぐでない上に、フィレンツェの道は狭く、石畳なので大きな旅行カバンを曳いて歩くの- は結構大変でした。帰りはタクシーを頼みましたが、タクシーなら快適。メーターは8ユーロでしが、（多分）- カバン代や送迎代が5ユーロ加わって総額13ユーロでした。

2泊しましたが、1泊目は夜お湯の出がよくなく、シャワー（バスタブはなし）に入れなくて困りました。お湯- 自体の出はいいのですが、温度がイマイチ高くならずちょっとシャワーに入るのは厳しい温度でした（多分30- 度くらい）。フロントに文句を言ったら「今、ボイラーのスイッチを入れたから10分位したら熱くなるから、- 、、」とのことで待ちましたが、1泊目は結局熱くならず。2泊目は特に問題なかったので、単なる故障かもし- れませんが。 Hot shower has not come at first night. The temperature is about 30 degrees, which is a little bit cold for shower. The second night is OK, so the first night might be mere trouble for bolier.

Excellent location: with older children it was easy for us to pursue different activities and meet back at the hotel. The room was lovely, large and comfortable.

Nous avons surtout apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients . L'hotel est localisé out près du centre historique et c'est vraiment super.

Very clean, spacious room nicely furnished. Family run business who care about their guests.

The staff was fantastic and helpful in planning our days. The location was great, very close to the Accademia and Duomo. The hotel had a lot of charm and our room was very spacious.

What stands out the most about Hotel Europa was it's exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It seems a couple owns the place as the two were here for our entire two-day, two-night stay. The were very friendly, helpful and accommodating and went out their way to help out. I felt like a guest in their home. Also, the hotel was very, very clean, which was much appreciated!

Unfortunately, you must walk up a couple of floors to get to the hotel portion of the building, and the first couple floors just reek. I'm not sure of what - sewer, sauerkraut…something rank. That was a big turn off. The overall value I did not feel was the best. The rooms were extremely basic and did not really offer any sort of aesthetic comfort. I thought 140 Euros for a night here was too much for how basic the accommodations were. I think a more suitable price would be around 100 Euros/night.
