Location was perfect, friendly & helpful staff, free WIFI, view from our room (of the Duomo) was lovely ... clean & tidy. Could have a better selection of English TV channels, and quality of breakfast could improve (fresh fruit, fresh juices, etc) ... but all around a perfect spot for a quick city visit & overnight stay. |

Miriam and the rest of the staff were responsive and helpful. Getting reservations and making our stay relaxed. Location is an A++! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are basic and smallish. Not more than what you need and still comfortable. |

Friendly welcome Thoughtful & helpful advice on local restaurants and services from Robert and Miriam. Nothing was too much trouble. Busy central location, within walking distance of all main sites of interest yet rooms overlook quiet and green space. |

Everything....the owner was one of the nicest people i've met....very helpful.... not really...i dnt know about the other rooms but my double room (i booked for a single) was great....it was at the back of the building no noise....bathroom was clean....i was served breakfast after the alotted times....i stayed longer than planned and Hotel Europa was a big reason for this |

We loved the convenient location and our room was very nice and clean. The shower had good pressure and hot water. We could see the Duomo out our window! The front desk staff we also very helpful and friendly. There was a power outage our first night there and they were more than helpful offering to relocate us, giving us candles and flashlights and updates on the status. |

posizione centrale, staff molto gentile, pulizia eccezionale, sono da tempo cliente e tornerò nello stesso hotel anche in futuro Unico neo è una colazione un pò limitata, ma è un peccato veniale rispetto a tutti i lati positivi |

場所はメディチリカルディ宮近くで、どこへでもすぐ行ける立地。 スタンダードダブルのデラックスでオファーし、バスタブ付きの広い部屋。 価格は満足。受付は２階（日本の３階）。 机、ワードローブなどインテリアが「え？」ってぐらい古い。 ＴＶは小さいのがある。 エレベータ古く、せまい。 スーツケース１つと一人が入れるぐらい。 |
