Hotel Europa  

Miriam and Roberto were helpful in every way. They make this family owned Hotel a home away from home.

Nice staff, good location

entrance lobby from the street is confusing when you see it first. Important to realise it is well into the building before you hit the hotel.

The hotel location was excellent - in the city centre, just a couple of minutes from the Duomo, yet extremely quiet. The people at the desk were extremely friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was sub-par. The croissants and bread appeared stale and tasteless. The coffee, though, was excellent.

Nous avions une grande chambre pour 3 et la salle de bains était également grande : nous étions tout à fait à l'aise. La décoration au premier étage est superbe. Le personnel nous a bien aidés pour le parking de la voiture (évidemment, c'est cher!) et était dévoué. Le petit- déjeuner était correct.

Nous n'avons pas eu très chaud dans la chambre ( période fin avril)et avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires qu'on nous a fournies.

ロケーションは非常によく、ドゥーモや美術館にも近いので満足です。駅からも距離的には遠くないのですが（- 多分5-600m）、道がまっすぐでない上に、フィレンツェの道は狭く、石畳なので大きな旅行カバンを曳いて歩くの- は結構大変でした。帰りはタクシーを頼みましたが、タクシーなら快適。メーターは8ユーロでしが、（多分）- カバン代や送迎代が5ユーロ加わって総額13ユーロでした。

2泊しましたが、1泊目は夜お湯の出がよくなく、シャワー（バスタブはなし）に入れなくて困りました。お湯- 自体の出はいいのですが、温度がイマイチ高くならずちょっとシャワーに入るのは厳しい温度でした（多分30- 度くらい）。フロントに文句を言ったら「今、ボイラーのスイッチを入れたから10分位したら熱くなるから、- 、、」とのことで待ちましたが、1泊目は結局熱くならず。2泊目は特に問題なかったので、単なる故障かもし- れませんが。 Hot shower has not come at first night. The temperature is about 30 degrees, which is a little bit cold for shower. The second night is OK, so the first night might be mere trouble for bolier.

L'ottima posizione, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff. E il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Anche il servizio parcheggio è ottimo.

Tranquillità e silenzio. Estrema gentilezza dello staff. Clima familiare.

Központi elhelyezkedés, parkolás megoldása ( autót vitték-hozták 5 perc alatt),

Rossz volt a hűtőszekrény, igaz másnapra kicserélték.

la cosa migliore dell'hotel, oltre alla pulizia della camera ottima, e' indubbiamente la vista sul campanile di Giotto.

Grande chambre, calme, très bien située.

Les petits déjeuners ne sont vraiment pas à la hauteur du reste !

situation géographique personnel très agréable

Good location very close to the markets and quite close to many attractions in Florence. My room was large with nice furniture. The staff was friendly and they allowed me to use a pc to re-charge my IPod.

Hotel Europa is on the 2nd floor of an old building with an old style, very small lift. Once you actually get to the hotel, the rooms are nice; however, I was initially surprised and a bit worried. The a/c was not working properly in my room. I had to specifically ask for the converter for a/c controls on the 2nd day. The breakfast was average for Italy -- mostly sweet buns, jams, yoghurt, coffee, tea, and juice.

L'Hotel Europa è semplicemente splendido. In posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal duomo di Firenze. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. L'hotel è pulito, curato e il personale è davvero competente, molto cordiale e disponibile. L'atmosfera dell'Hotel Europa è molto accogliente e vi sentirete subito a casa. Un'esperienza indimenticabile!
