We stayed in Livorno to catch an early morning ferry. Hotel is right in town and 1 block from the main shopping area. The guy on reception was welcoming and very helpful re the location of the ferry terminal. He even had pre printed maps available. Hotel was comfortable, bed was good, shower good.
There was some street noise but that is to be expected in a mid city hotel.
This is one of pure gems that can be found, trust their pictures as correct. Third stay and will stay again
Nothing to dislike
Well modernised clean and tidy. We only stayed overnight as the hotel is located close to the port area for easy access to the Ferry terminal. Accommodation has lift, very useful as our room was on the forth floor. Room on the small side but very clean and well fitted with everything necessary for our overnight stay, and early rise. Off road secure car parking is available at a small cost. Roy & Gabriella, Austria.
Location, Staff ere very friendly and helpfull. Nice to have a light breakfast supplied. Refrigerator
No jug for tea and coffee but staff were very happy to supply boiling water
Location. Parking. Wifi. Shower. This is a perfectly serviceable hotel for a night or so. No pretentious, no disappointments.
Good location, excellent service and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Near to restaurants and Corsica ferry
No safe in room, pillows hard
Couldn't get onto wifi even after following instructions
Air conditioning didn't work In the middle of summer. Outdated decor.
This hotel is a very basic 3* but care has been taken to make sure the air con, the wifi, the elevator, the breakfast and other comfort issues are solid. We had asked in advance for extra pillows and we didn't have to ask again. They were right there. The staff simply couldn't be nicer. The decor is utterly plain, but we got a perfectly good night's sleep and the morning espresso was actually the best of any hotel where we stayed in our 10 day trip around Italy!
We always sleep with ear plugs at hotels, so the fact that our room overlooked at street with traffic wasn't a problem at all, since there is some double glazing on the windows. But very light sleepers might want to ask for a room on the other side of the building.
The hotel was absolutely ok, nothing to complain except the breakfast, but it's a typical italin problem.
Livorno itself is a dead town. It was monday and everything was closed. Nothing to see, nothing to eat, nothing to do. Dissapointing.
Very clean, nice for our short stay. Great parking situation.
Nothing - we had a very short stay.
Location for ferry to Corsica, friendly and helpful host (packed us a breakfast as we left early), spacious room with updated bathroom, close to restaurants.
Great location, value for money, helpful staff, good WiFi connection, cleanliness
Just one not so important thing - a minibar had been included in our booking confirmation but we didn't have it.
Very nice hotel! Small but very nice room.
friendlly staff, close to the ferry
poor wi-fi signal
Walking distance from ferry terminal as we stayed overnight on a return ferry trip from Bastia. Clean, modern room, and very helpful staff who gave us a restaurant recommendation to a place that served locals. Very good value for an overnight stay. Would stay again if the occasion arose.
Clean and very nice room. Comfortable bad and bathroom.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely bathroom. Good air conditioning unit, not noisy. And the number 1 bus from the central station stops very near to the hotel.
No dislikes. The breakfast and breakfast area did not tempt us, but that was no problem. It is easy to find a nice cafe nearby.
A nice, clean, friendly hotel centrally placed with necessary parking facilities.
Very difficult to find down narrow streets.
Free private parking
Rooms are pretty old
The staff was friendly and excellent and welcoming. The rooms were a bid wierd but quite pleasant
the breakfast room was a bit cramped
