location, access to Italian train station, is very nice. The reseption staff´s smile is wonderful. Economy. Some staff were nice but THEY GAVE ME WRONG ROOM:it was doble room for one use but they gave me the normal single room. And at first, a staff could not find my name at a booking list, and she said that I was wrong and I should go to the HOTEL MILANO which is coneccted inside whith HOTEL EUROPA.Not all the rooms have aircon. Without that it is HELL(and of course I had passed terrible days without it). And normal Single room is very small. The breakfast of this hotel, even though it looks very nice from the pictures of "booking.com" but horrible. !!!!!Do not have juice nor caffee!!!!! WATCH OUT with the elevator of this hotel. If you want to stay this hotel, better law floor.(DID NOT WORK!)

The staff speaks English so communication is easy. Free wi-fi. I can hear the traffic in my room making sleep very unpleasant, probably due to thin walls and windows? There is no kettle in the room and if I wanted still water, I had to purchase it either from the bar or mini bar in the room. In addition, it's a hassle to go all the way down just to make a small cup of tea when I could have made one in my room if a kettle is provided. Remote for the air-conditioning is missing, the room can very stuffy making it very unpleasant as well (this is in winter!) unless you want to open the window!

Location for the train station was excellent as I used Modena as a base for day trips to other places. Its is also a short walk in to the town itself. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Ok, I am staying in Italy but at least one english speaking tv channel would have been nice as I was travelling alone and stayed for 4 nights so abit boring at night time.

Helpful staff, central location, excellent breakfast, good value for money. Useful to have secure parking facility. Hotel would benefit from updating, shabby lighting in rooms and poor soundproofing.

Good location, not far from city center and railway station. Staff was pleasant and helpful. They recovered my wife's purse from the dining room after she left it there. Hotel room needs to be modernized. Air conditioning was not working for a couple of nights.The breakfast buffet had too many pastries and not enough other items.

They were extremely helpful when we needed an early check-in. We had some Wi-fi connectivity problems, they were also really helpful. Although the room had a good size, its disposition made it look a bit crowded.

The only positive aspects were the breakfast included in the offer and the location, very close to the main attractions of Modena. For the amount we paid the offer was quite low. The rooms need to be refascioned and the Wi-fi does not work at all. When I complained about the Wi-fi the receptionist just told me that there was heavy internet traffic (it was midnight!!!!) and that I had to try again. What is worst is that the receptionist after my complain didn't even mention that there existed a public pc in the hotel with Internet connection that I only discovered at the time of my departure. The cherry on the cake is the price of the hotel's parking which costs 15 Euros and has to be freed within 12 am. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Location, two minute walk from the train station and very close to the historic center. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to be helpful as we were trying to figure out how to get to Ferrari and Lamborghini by public transportation. Breakfast was like every other buffet I've eaten at in Italy!!! Ac worked!!!!! Room was clean but a bit run down, however for the price we didn't mind and we were only staying a night.

Hotel staff is very excellent, cooperative and facilitating. This hotel is situated close to Modena Train station and one can have access to trains in 5 min walk. A very good place to stay if one is interested for a beautiful city trip.

the personal is great with nice warm attitude. I have stayed there 2 nights and I am almost satisfied with it except for the buffet breakfast. Not much variety. Well, there is one last suggestion for the couple, book a couple bed room instead of 2 single beds. It would be more confortable.. The location of the hotel is great. 8mins walking from the train station and another 10 mins to the center.

The personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Location to railway station is a bonus. The room was dark, because the windows were covered. The walls are like paper, you can hear everything from the neighboring room... Unpleasant especially if you would need to go to sleep early. And only Italian channels in TV.
