Room is comfortable and has the basic facilities. Good for one night stop-over on the way to Florence.
Hotel looks dull, old and tired. And the feeling extends to the staff. Breakfast is not anything to get excited about but passable.
I accidentally left my passport behind at this hotel and the staff were extremely helpful in forwarding it to me immediately at no extra cost. Great customer service.
Cheap, reasonable value for money.
Position not much good unless you have a car
Breakfast - very poor.
The part of the staff
Every thing the whole package rooms, shower, breakfast very poor .
the hotel has clean rooms with all the conveniences, Italian breakfast is served in the hotel hall; good value for money

The bedlinen had a tear in it and the walls in the room had lots of scuff marks on it - easy to remedy, yet left like that.
