Good location, about 10 mins walk from Station and 5 mins from Shops and restaurants. Modern , Clean rooms. Reception Staff not very intentive on check in, told us nothing about Hotel, Breakfast etc, too busy chatting to a local whilst checking us in, I find this sort of behaviour very ignorant. Customers should also get full attention. |

Hotel was clean, location convenient, room rates excellent Attached Zaramella restaurant was noisy and service was somewhat slow. The 3 person wait staff seemed overwhelmed by the large number of persons who came to dine the night I was dining. The food was excellent. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting the city. The staff is friendly and the overall service at a good level. The rooms have been nicely refurbished and are clean. All in all a good 'value for money' place to stay. |

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Close to train station for trips to Venice. Well located for visiting museums in Padua. Rooms had excellent a/c! Would recommend without hesitation and would stay here again. |

Location in the city is excellent. No sound from other rooms thanks to noisy airco. This is not a 4-star hotel and the Michelin rating of 2 houses is totally overrated. 1000 little annoyances. To name a few: parking is clumsy in another street, airco is insufficient to cool the room and makes the noise of a jet engine, room is tiny, shower leaks and will fit children only, empty minibar, coudn't find the toiletpaper, non-working WIFI, restaurant was closed (looked boring anyway), they left the window open and airco off so the room was full of mosquitos, view on a flat roof with an airco unit, we left one night early but still had to pay for it, no safe in the room so had to bring my laptop to the reception each time, dull design of the room and hotel, bad service at breakfast (which was poor anyway). |

Modern 3* hotel in the commercial quarter (but on the rather quite street), close to train- and bus- stations and historical center. Personal is polite but not very hearty (but they ready to help you with some problems in hotel, like plug adapter, aircondition control etc). Breakfast was good. |

We spend two nights at hotel and it was really nice. We were happy with service, rooms and cleanness. It is in the center of town so everything was close to visit. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and we will come again. Thanks for everything. |

Hotel has beautiful location in centre of city.Personal was very fine.Price is ok. Very small bathroom specially bath!,big air temperature in the room - be very careful with reservation because rooms on 2nd floor and with view to backyard are only few meters away from central air conditioning unit for whole hotel;otherwise there is no view or balcony on that side.Breakfest poor, but very similar to other 3 stars italian hotels. |

Clean, reliable hotel in a good location. Close to the railway and bus stations (very good for day trip to Venice) and to Padova's tourist attractions (e.g. Scrovegni Chapel). The room I stayed in on the first night (304 I think) didn't have proper curtains (just the thin white see-through things, and an improvised thin orange curtain which only covered half the window and was no use at all). So I moved rooms on the second day, and the room I moved to (I think 214) had a proper curtain, although even this was hanging down a bit at the end. |
