Convenient location close to Termini and to major tourist attractions, the staff was helpful and breakfast was ok
Wi-Fi didn't work
Very nice room, rich breakfast and friendly staff indeed...additionally perfect location!! An hotel where I will come back for sure!!
They gave me the tour information, program everything, they made it super easy, the breakfast was delicious and the hotel is 5 minutes away from the termini Would totally be going back
Easy access to all Rome via bus routes just 10 minutes away. Warm and comfortable hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Kettle in room was a bonus
Good location near Termini. Breakfast was ok:-)
Room was extremely small, I was near to claustrophobia. No iron available in the whole hotel.
Good location, fairly cheap given crazy prices of Rome.
The water pressure is TOTALLY ABSCENT.... it was a torture to take a shower. Room is small the bed is uncomfortable. Otherwise there is no problms. P.S. The wi-fi is not functional most of the time...
Location was good for Termini less than 5 minute walk away. Clean hotel.
Hard bed. Less than helpful staff. Room was tiny and hard to walk around without bumping into something. False advertisement and nothing like pictures for double room. Good point is the location to Termini as it was first time to Rome I'd advise staying out of that area. Dirty and dodgy over one side of the station.
Our room (15) was on the ground floor behind reception area. It was dark, the only window looked onto a noisy internal back corridor so had to be kept closed and curtained at all times. As we were booked in for 5 nights we asked to be moved but were told nothing else was available even though the place didn't seem to be that full. The reception area is tiny and gets very noisy if there are groups coming or going. If staying insist on an upper floor room.
Staff, location, breakfast, clean
Price not low, plus the city tax is 6euro per person per night! OMG!
all, no problems
very satisfied, no issues
Location was good for Termini
Room was tiny in size Bathroom ridiculously small Construction ongoing - wet paint in lobby Bed very uncomfortable Double bed pushed up against wall like a single room
Old hotel, small room and bathroom, in the picture it looks nice but personally it is like any other hotel around termini station, but a little bit more expensive.
Location Price Internet in lobby Quiet comfortable Nice staff
Hot shower didn't work: but staff let us use the one in the next room. Our room was small but since we saw the other room, we learned it's only the discounted end rooms that are small. Internet only in the lobby. Staff nice but slow & poor english
We only like almost the lokation, the hotel was dirty, the guy on the receprion was rude. Horrible hotel, please don`t visit it.
Location One person in the reception actually managed to speak some English
Rooms are not even close to pictures and it all seems like a maximum 2 star hotel. Staff dont speak English and you need to tell them 4-5 times to get simple things as soap to your room, before you basically have to get it yourself. Breakfast was a disaster with nothing prepared and hungry guest waiting in line to get some bread. The breakfast room itself looks like a gym room from the early 80s, but someone might enjoy mirrors all around so you can check what other guest are eating. And forget to have an conversation as the room is not built for more than 2 people speaking at the same time. Rooms are not sound proof so if you like to listen to the elevator doors or someone walking in the halls - You have found your dream hotel. Price itself was a big joke and this is not a 4 star hotel. Max a weak 2.
Near to public transport & railway station.
Stayed 3 nights without Air-Conditioning. it's not only for the room but the whole hotel. Too hot to sleep at night!!
The room was very small, so there was no place to put comfortably the luggage
Good clean hotel. Nice restaurants around the corner. Close to the main train station in rome. Caught the train for 24 euros to the cruise port.
Closed breakfast early and shut off everything including the tv and shut all the doors. We got the message.
Great location - 3 minutes from Termini Station. Great for the airport bus and exploring Rome by public transport. Lots of affordable cafés and restaurants. Very busy area which makes it seem safe. Friendly staff.
I didn't like the TVs in the bar and breakfast room always blaring away. Wifi was not in our room so we had to use the bar area.
I like the staff ,the calmness the cleanness and location is perfect.
Good localization close to Termini but on other side then city center. Quiet in the evenings. Quick chechin and checkout. Friendly and helpful concierge.
Small room. Bed was short and pillow ( one of two ) was hard. Shower faucet was broken and outflow was blocked. No wifi in room. Wifi in hall was cutting connection. No ice machine. Aircondition was poor if working at all.
Location was close to Termini train station. Free wifi in hotel lobby.
We had two interconnecting rooms with one shared bathroom for a family of five.Rooms had no mirrors in them at all and with a family of five we only had a small bathroom mirror to use. It would help if mirrors were placed in the rooms for getting ready!!!!! No toilet paper was left in the bathrooms when room was cleaned even when it was visible that the toilet paper had finished. I even had to ask for a bin for the rooms as there was no bin. Air conditioning was not working properly and was fitted in only one room. No milk was provided for tea or coffee even when asked for. There was no door sign for cleaning room or do not disturb so when we left the room we requested that our room is cleaned and the staff member got angry when we requested this on the third day and said that rooms were always cleaned every day. the reason for us telling them was due to there being no signs. Staff were rude when we requested anything and usually never got what we requested ie safe opening as it was locked and milk for tea and coffee. Decore of the hotel is outdated and nothing like the pictures and I would not recommend anyone to stay here as it is more like a two star hotel and can not understand how they are holding onto their four star rating.
Rahman in the bar and the guys in the reception except the controller in the breakfast room.
Air condition is not working. Sleep quality is very bad. Very uncomfortable bad. Very small rooms. Permanent noise in the toilet from the fan.
