I'm glad I didn't have breakfast included as I tried it once and it wasn't very good. Also, not all the staff spoke very good English. |

Friendly staff, price and easy walking distance to harbor front, bus stop and city center. The hotel was not located near the train station - it is walkable, but a little difficult to find and is more than 15 min. The beds were very hard but typical for Europe. |

Location ie near to the town centre although quite a distance from the train station. There is no complimentary drinks or biscuits provided even though the prices charged was considerably high. The room was smelly from the previous occupants who smokes in the room and the room was not aired properly. |

The toilet bowl was permanently stained a horrible brown/green rust colour on the bottom. It looked like it was filthy and had not been cleaned, even though it was must have been stained. The floors also did not appear to have been cleaned, if you walked around on bare feet you were covered with dust and dirt. |

The location of this hotel is very convenient - 5 minutes to the see promenade and restaurants/shopping and relatively quiet. The room was big and light with a balcony, the bathroom comfortable and spacious. They change towels every day, which I would not expect for a 2* hotel. excellent cappuccino for breakfast. Air-conditioning is free of charge. The food provided for breakfast never changes and is quite poor (bread, jams, milk from the powder and some yogurt/cheese/ham (we had a feeling the latter was not too fresh even...)There is a church close by and if you sleep with the open balcony the bells wake you up every morning and 7 and a bit later on Sundays. On weekend nights the coast is crowded with people so no wonder why there are screams and laughs on the street until very late (and you will hear all that) |

For a long weekend on Italian Riviera, this hotel delivers bang for your buck. Might sound expensive at first for two stars, but compared to room prices in town it's really good. Friendly staff, checking in at 0:30 was no problem. Covered parking 100m away (~50 EUR for 3 days). The hotel even has a cat roaming free. The room was not spacious but clean, green/blue color scheme with a large mirror and twin-mattress bed (they often slide apart) and wardrobe with a small safe clamped inside. Air conditioning 10 EUR/day (didn't use it). The toilet is nice and clean, the shower is OK but water pressure is weak during rush hours. The shower tray is also very small. Towels are OK. Hotel location is great, 50m from the main street and the harbour. Breakfast is self-service and the menu doesn't seem to change. The room was cleaned every day, but we had no "DND sticker" to hang on the door. Sometimes there's substantial noise from the street (mopeds zipping by, people partying). There's the church bell (didn't bother us) and the walls are thin (we were laughing at the “show” from the neighbours at dawn). Bathroom has very little space to put stuff on. |

Great location in santa magherita, about 5 mins walk out of town. The rooms were simple but big and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but not amazing - there was real coffee! The room smelt strongly of smoke, despite us asking for a non smoking room. The walls are very thin. |

This hotel was a great little find - it was very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly. It was good value if you call them direct.... ...we booked through this webiste and it cost £400 more for 6 nights. we were unable to cancel due to the terms and conditions. This is the last night I use a booking website to book a hotel - I will alsways go direct. |

This hotel was in a great location, and since it was ranked with two stars, I expected low quality. However, while the hotel had basic amenities, it far surpassed my expectations. Very clean, very spacious. Courteous staff, good breakfast. An in-room safe. I was very pleased. No views of the seaside, which was fine by me -- I didn't go to Santa Margherita to hang out in my room :) Great value for my money. |

Fantastic location, quaint town. The Bed was too hard and very uncomfortable. Really we couldn't have stayed another night because of the bed. Would recommend the hotel but advise about the bed. |
