The staff is very accommodating and try to do everything to make you have a comfortable stay. The room was a bit noisy from the street, but we felt very comfortable and safe in the hotel. The only complaint would be the street noise, but there is nothing you can do about that.

We choose Europa as it was convenient for exploring the Italian Lakes and needed twin rooms. Website was excellent and informative. We arrived late at night but the staff were wonderful and helpful - it was so welcoming. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with fluffy towels/complimentary toiletries and minibar. There was a large choice at breakfast and again the staff particularly helpful and friendly. We only stayed the one night but everyone in our party was delighted with the choice of hotel which was excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to return - thank you Europa!

Good hotel to stop over when travelling to other places in Italy. We had a familie room but the kids are 21 en 16 en really the extra bed in the room is for younger children. Next time will have to get 2 rooms instead. Varese is a nice town to wonder around.

La camera 31 era piccolina ma ad occuparla eravamo solo io emia figlia 13enne e andavamo solo a dormire quindi è andata bene così. Il bagno era nuovo, pulito e spazioso. Se devo consigliarlo a qualche amico direi assolutamente SI. La signora nella sala colazione è squisita e gentile. Devo dire che tutto lo staff di mattina e della sera quando rientravamo sono stati molto cordiali. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa di negativo, è che la 31 è molto piccola per una coppia di adulti, ma è pulita e confortevole comunque.

Ottima posizione per il centro e I locali, parcheggio privato gratuito, cortesia dello staff, camera senza fronzoli ma pulita e recentemente ristrutturata. Da curare maggiormente la sala colazione: ammodernamento di mobilio, tovagliame, più attenzione per il buffet che andrebbe arricchito e rifornito durante le colazioni.

Die Lage ist top und hat einen sicheren Parkplatz für ihr Auto. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Das Badezimmer hatte einen schlechten Geruch und die Kittfugen in der Dusche müssten unbedingt einmal richtig gereinigt oder wenn nötig ersetzt werden.

1/ De superior room was net, ruim en had alle nodige faciliteiten en gerenoveerde badkamer. 2/ Gedurende het verblijf was er ook steeds private parking voorzien wat zeer nuttig is voor de ligging van het hotel. 3/ Het ontbijt was basic, maar verzorgd en vers. 4/ Het hotel had een beperkt aantal kamers waardoor er steeds een zekere rust was. 5/ zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
