We felt very at ease at this family-run hotel in an old palazzo just a few steps away from the historic center with its beautiful streets, houses and wonderful shops.

We choose Europa as it was convenient for exploring the Italian Lakes and needed twin rooms. Website was excellent and informative. We arrived late at night but the staff were wonderful and helpful - it was so welcoming. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable with fluffy towels/complimentary toiletries and minibar. There was a large choice at breakfast and again the staff particularly helpful and friendly. We only stayed the one night but everyone in our party was delighted with the choice of hotel which was excellent value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to return - thank you Europa!

Good hotel to stop over when travelling to other places in Italy. We had a familie room but the kids are 21 en 16 en really the extra bed in the room is for younger children. Next time will have to get 2 rooms instead. Varese is a nice town to wonder around.

The location was ideal and staff were very friendly. I had a single room which was a good size, very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Many of the guests persistently spoke loudly on the corridors both late at night and very early in the morning. The doors of the bedrooms are not of good quality and could have some soundproofing. This resulted in disturbed sleep and I'm not a particularly light sleeper. The hotel should upgrade the doors and put up some signs requesting consideration in the meantime. Earplugs a necessity.

Die zentrale Lage war sehr ideal. Das Hotel war auch sehr ruhig, trotz der Silvesternacht. Die Parkmöglichkeit im eigenen Hof war konfortabel. Wir würden das Hotel auch ein nächstes Mal wieder benutzen und es auch weiter empfehlen.

Die Lage ist top und hat einen sicheren Parkplatz für ihr Auto. Preis/Leistung stimmt. Das Badezimmer hatte einen schlechten Geruch und die Kittfugen in der Dusche müssten unbedingt einmal richtig gereinigt oder wenn nötig ersetzt werden.

1/ De superior room was net, ruim en had alle nodige faciliteiten en gerenoveerde badkamer. 2/ Gedurende het verblijf was er ook steeds private parking voorzien wat zeer nuttig is voor de ligging van het hotel. 3/ Het ontbijt was basic, maar verzorgd en vers. 4/ Het hotel had een beperkt aantal kamers waardoor er steeds een zekere rust was. 5/ zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

das geschmackvoll renovierte Zimmer der Fruhstücksbereich im eigentlich pittoresken Kellergewölbe wirkt schmuddelig und duster, hier gäbe es designmäßig Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, ohne aufwendig zu werden..
