The staff was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was great. Varese is a gorgeous town and this hotel is right on the edge of the historic pedestrian shopping district. The stairs! Not a stroller friendly hotel. There is a flight of stairs to the front desk and we stayed in a room across a walkway to another building with more steps. Not the fault of the hotel, but we had a hard time finding something to eat when the kids were hungry. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance but none that were open early for lunch or dinner. |

We liked the friendly staff in the breakfast room and the reception, the supply of soap and shoe polish, the size of the room, the lovely shower, the nice big, clean towels and the central position of the hotel. There were no electric points compatible with the British electric shavers. |

Die Lage ist für uns perfekt Sehr laut, wir hatten das Zimmer über dem Restaurant, das Fenster muss geschlossen sein, sonst ist es zu laut. Auch von den Zimmernachbarn hört man jedes Gestöhne!! |

midden in centrum, dicht bij de winkels en restaurants wij hadden GSP aan boord en dit is voor het vinden van het hotel wel belangrijk daar in de stad bijna alle wegen eenrichtingsverkeer zijn en als men de weg niet kent duurt (zonder GPS) het wel lang voor men het hotel vind maar wij zouden er zeker terug logeren |
